I have had a few packages lost by the Hancock post office. When tracking these packages it says they were checked in by us post office in Hancock but Doug has no explanation. Then says maybe I picked them up and forgot, like I’m suffering from Alzheimer’s at age 35. I’m sick of my money getting wasted by these office workers clearly not doing their jobs correctly. Where are my packages? How could they just disappear. They are also 30 days behind. Everyone I have ever talked to in town says the post office is terrible. I can only get a P.O. Box so I’m stuck with them: please hire someone to help them who isn’t incompetent and won’t lose packages
