I am trying to call Mandan ND PO Box 340 to stop forwarding but no one answers the phone and the email for the postmaster, Tracey, is like yelling in the wind, never responds. Very disappointed. Previous Post Master was very customer service minded. Tracey does not seem to care.

I wish I knew his name, but my receipt says I was assisted by clerk #07. He has helped me multiple times, and he is so very patient with me and kind and knowledgeable with me, I wanted to make sure his supervisor knew. Thank you, Susan Crabill

Please deliver packages MORE SAFELY and with GREATER CARE. We've had several items arrive broken in their packaging. The last my husband heard the break as the mail-carrier dropped the package on our step and walked away. If he heard it from inside I'm sure the mail-carrier heard it as well. Not acceptable and highly dissatisfied with the postal service some days.

I dropped my money order off at my landlord's mailbox like I always have and it was taken out by the mail carrier I called and was told it was taken to the plant but when my landlord called he was given a whole different story and thinks I'm lying when I had witnesses on the line with me and the post office almost got kicked out of my apartment because of this incident so I'm pretty pissed off
