After reading these reviews, I was a little terrified to call this location in regards to several properties mail issues. The lady I spoke with today was super friendly and VERY helpful. The line only rang three times before she answered and I don't think I was on hold more than 20 seconds while she spoke with the carrier and found a solution. I wish I would have gotten her name, as she was absolutely wonderful! Thank you so much for your great customer service~whomever answered the phone on 5/13/22 @around 14:00!

MULTIPLE times our mail lady has blocked handicapped parking at my complex! She either parks behind me so I CAN'T leave or is blocking them when I come home and try to park. She's too busy on her phone to bring this to her attention and supposedly the post master was made aware BUT it's still happening!!

These guys are the absolute worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! I have 9 employees who are approved for unemployment because they can't deliver my mail on time EVER. They are absolute trash! They couldn't tell the difference between an elephant and a rubber glove. Then they decided that it is okay to put that they were here WHEN they were not, and my camera is going to have fun with me when I take it to court.

This location is staffed by Neanderthals, they constantly reject packages that are made addressed correctly yet have no issues delivering load after load of unwanted junk mail and catalogs. I hope they get shut down and it is privatized. Happy to pay anyone else if my packages will deliver.

Once again the Dickinson USPS has either lost or delivered my mail to a different address. This isn't the first time unfortunately. This time the tracking info says they delivered @ 1:30 pm to my mail box, that was a FLAT OUT LIE. No USPS truck even came to this address, no mail was even delivered.

The carrier we have had to be the laziest around. My husband and I r home all day every day and in our mailbox was a paper saying they tried to deliver a large envelope with us owing $2.56. well to begin with the carrier never came to our door to try and deliver this. We have no vehicle so it is hard to get a ride to pick up anything at the post office when she should of come to our door to begin with. Now I tried calling the post office with no avail. No one answers the darn phone and then u get man's voice saying to leave some stupid number that I have no clue what it is supposed to be. U need to get the lazy carriers to deliver to a door as they r supposed to. Now I can't get this because u all won't answer the darn phone. Do ur darn jobs or get out so someone that knows what is to be done do it.

This has got to be the lousiest service in the country. My 86-year-old mother has to make a two block round searching for her mail every few weeks because they deliver her mail hither thither and yon. Incuded in the places they frequently leave it are a family that doesn't speak English, but finally manage to figure out she wants her mail. Why they think it's ok to keep someone else's mail, I don't know, but then you'd think the carrier could figure out two different addresses don't go to one person either. I just had a package returned to Amazon because the carrier couldn't deliver it. So, I will have to return it again even to the shipping address had instructions where the house was. They can't even figure that out. So I called the post office and the temporary supervisor argued with me about what an address with 1/2 means. Finally saying she comes from a small town and it means something different there.

I didn't receive my package which I was expecting on Monday but it shows that the package has been delivered. So I came to the post office on Tuesday to ask why my package was not inside my mailbox. The clerk to me that the delivery person put my package on top of the mailbox and there was nothing there. So I have reported the case to Dickinson police and eBay because you my important package on top of the mailbox while you have left a slip. The customer service at front called Eugene was not nice to me. Just talking shit to me. My address is 1056 Donna Lane, apt 308 Dickinson nd 58601. I have been calling your number and no one picked up.

This post office fails at doing their job. They should be shut down, fire all the employees and start fresh. The primitive delivery methods of 100 years ago were far more efficient and effective than what this office offers.

im sick and tiered of the diliveries people there trusted people steal packages ,any thing that looks feel of value, keep trying to get a investagation done. if anyone can help info be greatly invited. this is bull. And a federal crime. I want charges brought to these people (dilivery). all ya courts send and use these post offices, caused a friend to go to jail over messing up the mail. and before a person can deliver mail make sure they can read, follow the simplest of directions. give me a break quit playing with our mail. easest and best of probly all jobs, if you dont or cant do it . please quit aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah.

I had packages sent they didn't even try to deliver them and sent them back and I lost money on things I ordered due to restocking fee of something that never went out for delivery. On top of that I have a few more packages coming so I went on to have them be put on hold to pick them up keep trying to call post office no body ever answers. The first packages they sent back we went down to post office the next day from getting to the Dickinson Post office and they said they forwarded it but would not tell us to where when they actually just returned

I felt compelled to comment on the remarkably poor attitude a female employee in the downtown Dickinson, ND, post office had toward me on Thursday, 8-25. I had a small bubble envelope with a post paid label already attached. I had not taped it. She reluctantly taped it for me and rather rudely informed me that she would tape it this time but next time I had to bring my own tape! I don't live in Dickinson. I rarely go to the post office in town. I live outside of a small town to the southwest. My local post office NEVER complains about helping out with taping, making sure it is well packed, etc. I was shocked that service in the bigger town was that rude. Is that the difference between service in the city and our rural service? If that's the case I'll stay out here in the country! The post office doesn't have the best reputation for efficiency as it is. She sure didn't help your image. Time for a HR attitude intervention perhaps? I'll avoid that office in the future, thank you. I'll stay with my country post office. It made enough of an impression on me, I thought someone there should know. Whoever reads this please take it to heart. If I had a different service available to use, I definitely would!

Your letter was very touching. I used to buy the yearly stamp album put out by the post office from the Dickinson PO; however, they are so rude I now bypass them and buy it direct from USPS out of D.C. When the postal person treated you the way she did, she not only damaged the image of the post office but, also, of the city of Dickinson. I send off a lot of mail. Please give me the name of your home town post office so I can do some business there. Enough of the rudeness of Dickinson's postal people. Oh, their carriers can't properly deliver the mail, either.
