We live on the end of a county road with an Altenburg address. We have lived here for a year now and our mail carrier does not come down to the end of the road unless absolutely necessary. I cannot put mail to be sent out in my box because he won’t come until there is something important to be delivered. He had lost packages as well as many important mail documents. He is extremely lazy and rude when he does come down to deliver. And it may be 1-2 weeks between when he delivers. And the post office is very rude and unhelpful when I call about lost mail. I have tried being very decent and just getting the issues fixed but it never gets worked out. I’m fed up with this postal service. Also now when I call it’s almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone.

This Post Office has not been delivering my mail, instead they are putting unknown address labels and sending back to the sender. We have been at this address for 5 years. Address is correct on letters. They will not answer their phone .

Can you have a po box wear only certain things are mailed to it and have a street mail box for every thing else to be sent to it at the same time?
