So, I have had trouble getting packages delivered by the USPS for several years. They fear my driveway. I understand that, but the lies I receive on the notices telling me I have a package at the post office is seriously unprofessional. Today, I had a package coming that I knew was large, too large for our standard mailbox. I had purchased a new larger mailbox to replace our standard mailbox and maybe, we could start getting our packages in our mailbox. After finishing the replacement at 0940 today, January 30, 2024, I came in and checked the status of our package. It stated the package was Out for Delivery at 0732 on 1/30/24, then at 0918 it was shown as Notice Left in mailbox for pickup at the post office. At 0900, the old mailbox was sitting empty next to the trash cans and the new, larger mailbox was being installed. Needless to say, there was no notice in the mailbox. I have been made aware that our delivery post office is NOT federally owned and therefore cannot be addressed by the Postmaster General. Probably another lie.

What a sorry joke the USPS has become Carrier put mail in my box today but was too lazy to deliver my package with the rest of my mail. So i contact USPS and tell them the excuse of not being able to access my road after the mail was put in my box in front of my house is a lie. The reply I received explained they cant deliver on certain roads and gave a street name that is no where near my house or street. Carriers LIE then the Managment LIES as well but doesnt even tell the same lie.

For the past three days I have placed a small package in my mailbox and lift the red flag. Just as I have done for the past 50 years. For three days I go out to get my mail and there I find the package still in my mailbox flag down. No explanation nothing. I call the post office and Iam told that I have to turn in a request ito have a package picked up from my house. I ask a question and very disrespectfully am told that is how they get paid for picking up my package and once again treated like crap. So they treat me horrible like I am just supposed to know that this has changed. Correct me if I am wrong but me using the post office PAYS HER PAYCHECK so in a nut I pay her payroll

I live on a hill off of a main road. I ordered a very large package from Amazon and it was delivered by Fedex but was actually delivered by the post man. He or she dumped my package at the bottom of the hill by the mail box, then my notation on amazon said it was at my door. This was not only careless of the mail man or woman but they lied about where they had dumped it. I could see if it was bad weather or snowy but today was clear and my drive way is clear. Not a good thing to do. It could have been hit by a car or stolen. It was an expensive item. I am not sure if this mail carrier is new or just lazy. Either way i am not happy with where they are leaving my packages which will not fit in the mail box. This was a huge package.

The people at this office are always very nice and helpful. Our normal driver is great too. If there is more than one person in line, they always apologize for the delay. I do not like dealing with government offices!!!! However, the people who work here are nice, decent, helpful people who do their best to serve our community! They remember their customers and I think they are wonderful!

I have a package that was supposed to be delivered on Monday at 730p. In the the tracking info it says that the package was delivered and left with a person, which did not happen because no one was home until after 9p. So how do I go about getting my package?

Is there a reason why we only get mail once in awhile on OLF RD from Seckman rd to Dry Fork Rd. If we do get mail it is usually after 3 PM and sometimes Never. Do we not have a mail carrier and Oh one that can read is a BONUS. In our little row we have 4 houses Starts With A,B,H ? E, but we always get someone else's mail & most time from 20 blocks away. Somedays we get a weeks worth of mail. Can we please get a real mail carrier or stick us back into another route.

I seem to be having a reoccurring problem with the Postman delivering to the Lakewood apartment complex. On several different occasions, I have ordered a 2-day priority mail package and have not received said mail package due to the poor attitude and laziness of the USPS postman who delivers to my area. The employee or sub, which ever is repeatedly performing malpractice of their work; has refused to do their job and take my packages to the mail as they are required to do. I've received door tags in my mail box on 3 different occasions, which tells me they are just too lazy to come to my door. Be it i'm in the back of the apartment complex or not, i don't understand what the person is being paid to do if they refuse to do their job as instructed. Great way for my taxed dollars to be spent. this is disgusting to see from a GOVERNMENT PAID service.
