It is really bad when you get less than 1 inch of sleet and snow and can't deliver the mail. If they can't get out of the driveway, how are they going to go back home? This has got to be one of the worst in the nation!!!!

Yeah so I talked to the mail carrier yesturday because I wasn’t getting my mail regularly and was told to move my motorcycle in which I did, there was also a complaint about my dog being able to reach mail box but this is not true. Even when my dog is outside there is no way he can get to the box , now my bike was really close to it so I did move it. Still after the fact the mail carrier did not deliver the mail. My mother stood at doorway and watched the carrier just walk on by this I find to be unexceptionable. Please notify me on when I can talk to someone about this issue. [number removed] is my number 617 S 5th Street is the address where I’m having issues.

Our mail service has been getting worse all the time lately. I know the whole postal system has been gutted by the new Post Master General, but the last straw was yesterday when I had scheduled a pickup for a package on my front porch and when I got home the box was still there, but the Pickup Package notice that the mail person had as a reminder, was in my mailbox and the package was still there. I immediately tried to call the local post office, only to get a busy. I kept trying for over an hour, 50 times, you can see the number of calls on my phone screen, only to be met with a busy each time. By now I was angry, so I grabbed the package and drove to the post office. I asked the postal worker if their phone was broken, and she grinned and said yes. At that same time the phone next to her started ringing. I then detailed my displeasure with the package not being picked up. She did track down the carrier for my house and said that they must not have explained what to do with the package pickup sheets that he left in my mailbox. My wife and I are older and trying to stay quarantined as much as possible, and not being able to depend on the post office for simple things like a package pickup makes our lives even more difficult. Fix your phones, or fix the reason they seem to be left off the hook, and train your people.

Our mail is suddenly being delivered after 5 . What has happened? We used to get it no later than 3:30.

I looked at an item on eBay and it says delivered to Festus PO Box. Is there anyway can you inform them that it’s been posted to wrong PO Box and Post Office?
