My post office box was broken into and my mail was stolen in March of 2023. I was given a temporary box until the door could be replaced. Not only has it never been fixed but every month I get at least one text or email saying that mail has been returned to the sender. The office hours are ridiculous. A working person can’t even get to go in and talk to someone because they are always closed. My rent is up today and I haven’t decided whether or not to rent a box at a full service post office or to have the mail delivered to my house in the country where service is unreliable.

Very bad at delivery , package was sent out on delivery at 8am , 7 hours later and the mail still hasn't ran . Carterville is a very small town , no reason to take all day for mail to run .
