I have been attempting to call the Hastings MN post office. I talked to someone this morning after about 20 rings. I requested our mail be forwarded 7 days ago but I was told I needed to wait 10 days. However, our mail is being delivered to our home in Hastings! I tried 3 times to call again and after 20-30 rings it hangs up. This is extremely unacceptable customer service!!

Our mail delivery person left the lock bows open yet again on Tuttle drive in South Pines, please send someone to take care of the problem soon before everyone’s mail is stolen. I tried to call the Hastings’s post office but they don’t answer. Very disappointed in the customer service!

I have been calling for 2 days now, no one ever answers, i've been hung up on, and it just rings until i get a dial tone. super annoying. I need to know which box at my townhouse is my mail box.

I just moved to Hastings. I'm 46 years old. I have always been able to put in or clip to my mailbox any outgoing mail. It got picked up and delivered. Not here I guess. When did America stop? Semper Fidelis. 🇺🇸

I personal think the Hastings postal clerks & carriers do an awesome job. They are also very friendly.

I am extremely upset! I sent a priority mail envelope to a friend 2 day. It was processed at my post office and I paid $7.00 for postage. She received a notice that there was a package waiting for her at your post office and she had to pay $18 if she wanted it. That is ridiculous!!! Why would you hold the package hostage and not return it to the sender? I cannot believe this happened.I will not be sending anything else priority mail. but use UPS instead.

Every thing has been fine right up until the last two years. All of a sudden the delivery person does not deliver things to our door. They leave them out by our garage and our items get wet, and destroyed. I also order a stamp collection thought the post office and they get wet and bent. I am very unhappy now.
