The worst USPO ever. The epitome of government employees whom cannot be bothered or fired. Employees do not read this? Why the hell not? Who does? Seriously. Take some pride, or get the hell out.

Employee, Sher, gave me inaccurate information in a phone call which resulted in an unnecessary trip to the P.O. where I found out what he said was false. In order that accurate information could be given out to other customers, I phoned the post office and Sher answered again. He gave a mocking tone 'sorry' and hung up!

Worst post office i have ever used. Mail order prescriptions were scanned as delivered but were not. When i asked about them a week later, was told they weren’t there. Told them i filed a police report and guess what, the item was in my mailbox the next day. Counter help was RUDE and would not help. This is not the first time this has happened. Same guy at the desk was an ass. Told him to find another job since he was so miserable

I have complained about this before, I've spoken to several managers, and yet and still here I am complaining again. I get my mail delivered in a large box that has small little boxes for each individual house, and then there's two larger boxes- for I would guess oversized packages. At least 6 times my postal carrier has delivered shoes into my small slot of a box. Three times I complained. Two times over the summer its only been sandals, however today I found that my Oxford were delivered into my little tiny box ! of course they were bent because you can't shove regular shoes into a small box. Obviously talking to management does nothing. Obviously my postal worker is extremely lazy and cannot use the overflow box that's connected to the large box that she's already utilizing. I would bet somebody else would gladly do her job!
