Not the best post office. The put very rude notes on my mail because we have lot numbers and then unit numbers for our boxes so if our unit number isn't on the package, they threaten to return it. Whoever heard of calling a post office box a unit. They should change this to box number. When we order from Amazon, they usually come by UPS but for some reason this year they are shipping USPS so our unit number isn't usually on the label. They should not threaten sending packages back when they could just drop it off in the clubhouse like all other carriers do. This really needs to be addressed. It is not our fault that we cannot tell how the packages are going to be delivered. For instance, just yesterday we received a delivery that shows a USPS label on it but it was delivered by UPS. At least don't be rude about it.

This post office needs all new employees. I have never felt a warm welcome coming into this place. No hellos, no smiles, no How are you's...simply unprofessional! The hours for this location seems to fit the employees convenience more than the customers. Never heard of a post office closing at 4:15. Who even gets home from work by then?! I have sent time sensitive mail out from their only for it to never show up to the destination. I've had my driver's licence sent back to the state because it had my street address on it. Now, I know technically they need to return it but a good customer service representative would just put it in the PO Box. Especially seeing we are small town. I just think this post office does not represent what a federal office should be. And it seems they put the "help wanted" sign up at least once a month. Pretty sure I can understand why!

Horrible Hours for people to do business, poor service, and do not get your mail or get it in a timely fashion. I guess if they where open more they would be able to do the job that is required by them and expected by the consumer. Things get sent back and do not get notice when something is delivered that doesn't fit in box. Vendors tells us product or mail delivered on certain date to the PO Box and days later still have not received and then find out they returned it. Still waiting for item that was delivered days ago and still have not received. Seriously think these issues need to be addressed. Hear the same comments from a lot of others in the community as well.

Poor - Hours are always closed from 11:30 - 1:00 when people have their lunch hour, no one answer phone, Other postal offices in Becker and Annandale are open regular hour. We are told to go to Colborns for stamps ect. I picked up my mail yesterday, not my mail. Today, I know I did not get all my mail as newspaper is always delivered on Thursdays - 2nd week not receiving it at all and my subscription is far from done.
