Why do we not get our mail until after 7 pm? My neighbor is 94 years old and looks forward to getting mail but I worry about him walking to our cluster boxes that late. I offer to go but do not want to deny him his independence. Is there any reason WHY we cannot get mail at a reasonable time??? We live in Country Hill East in Lenexa, KS.

I also had a problem with "attempted delivery". I was home all day and the parcel boxes are empty but they now say that the package is being held "at customer request", which is a lie. This PO loses a lot of packages. The national customer service line is useless and this PO doesn't answer their phone.

I am new to this area but already see way too many problems in getting the mail to the right box. I can't count the number of times my mail was dropped into another box and my receiving someone else's mail. I have watched for time dated materials numerous times, checked with that originating location only to find out it was dropped into someone else's box. And. . . . . . . this isn't even the holiday season yet. What's the remedy?

My name is Ana and I feel frustrated with the mail service, I buy online, my packages are lost and when the tracking shows that they were deposited in my locker, I call the store where I bought them and they say the package was delivered. What I can do ? Christmas is coming and I want to continue shopping, but who can tell me that my packages are not lost again and are shown as delivered?….This mail service is horrible.

Furious today, I wake up to see "attempted delivery" although there was no knock at my door or anything of the sort. I now have to go in to pick up my package because I can't trust their drivers to actually deliver a package. Terrible.

I live in Springfield Missouri, and I have yet to get my package. It says the last place it was is here. I have been waiting on this package for two weeks and I need it soon.

I’m experiencing problems, for the second time with delivery of a package to an address in Lenexa. It is an apartment complex but I know for a fact that I included all of the necessary information including the apartment number. I cannot get an answer at the local post office when I call, and the 800 number is not helpful whatsoever. I would appreciate a contact from the post office to help with this problem, occurring for the second time in six months.

This is by far the worse post office I’ve ever had. They have as follows: 1) return my mail to the person sending me a card though she had the right address. 2) destroyed a package since they assumed a big box fit in our tiny mailbox. 3) they constantly, and I do mean constantly deliver mail to me that is NOT mine, wrong person or wrong house! And my name is on the box. 4) deliver my mail to the wrong house. She just dropped off my pictures I’ve been waiting on a week or so ago. And now I have cards I’m waiting on that my sisters have already received (thankfully they live in cities that their post office doesn’t this). When I call, they’re nice. But their mail carriers apparently can’t read.

My postal carrier that services 95th and Alden does an excellent job. He is always friendly and goes out of his way to give great service.

Disappointed with the timing. Packages sit at this locations for days and my "delivery date" continues to be postponed. Would appreciate a timelier process

What has happened to our mail service on W. 81st Street? Our service has been horrible for weeks it isn't deliver 4:00 p.m. or later if at all I am waiting on my annual notification from Social Security so I can plan my budget for next year but I haven't received any mail since last week except ads from Time Warner and junk mail. I know the notices from Social Security have been mailed because I have friends and family who have received theirs they don't live in my area or have my mail carrier please check our the problem and correct it asap.
