If you love you baby chicks do not have them sent here. I have waited for a call all morning as I have been tracking the package since its departure. No call ... I see the package is out for delivery, well that seems odd. They have never delivered live birds before, but hey who knows. I waited a little longer and called. The lady that answered said, yeah we have some baby chicks here, confirmed they were mine and said she was not sure why no one called. when I arrived, there was a post-it note that someone called at 6 am confirmed on my phone that no call was received at 6 am but nice try to cover your oops. Received 3 dead birds. The hatchery can't send only three so they can give me a credit or I can buy more and they can replace the 3. I bought all I wanted so I do not need more. I could go on and on. I get my neighbors mail with quite a bit of regularity. Last week I received the mail of three neighbors

I came here to verify Saturday pickup times and noticed the terrible reviews. Based on several years of shipping items, I have undoubtedly had my fair share of shipping problems - most of which happen during sorting or delivery, not initial delivery from USPS back room to sorting facility. Over the past 12 months, I've shipped out about 1500 packages directly from this post office with 0 issues outside of drivers failing to pickup during the rare instance we don't drive them ourselves. The staff is great to work with and have always helped us out with dropping off packages as we sometimes take enough to fill the back of an SUV and we have 3 young children - that's dangerous at 4:45pm. I really don't know what is going on in these several instances below and I'm not suggesting that they are lying, but I haven't had the same experience with this post office. Lost packages, yeah, that happens on occasion, but it's typically an issue with the system, not this post office in particular.

I had a call from the Mooresville paper asking why would my paper be undeliverable. Someone one tore off the front page and sent it back. There was no reason for this. I look forward to the paper. Sometimes I get two at a time. Please check into this. Parkside Court North.

Today makes the 5th, thats right, 5th time that this post office has lost a product that I shipped to a customer. That means I have had to ship a second item 5 times because I actually care about my customers. This post office has the worst customer service and at this point I have decided that they are stealing or casually "losing" our packages..... I guess technically they didn't lose one of them, it just had a rip in the package just large enough to get the item out. We know this because the customer sent us a picture of our letter, packing slip, and business card WITHOUT THE PRODUCT! But hey, they have no reason to try and satisfy their customers, after all it's government work....

This has to be the worst post office in the history of post offices. We are trying to manage a successful business that requires many small shipments every week. We have had packages just "disappear" from our mailbox after we paid for shipping and tracking. So, we decided that maybe that was our fault and we should always drop off our packages at the actual post office location in Plainfield, IN, you know, because its not terribly difficult for any mom with three kids to load up the van and take a short trip anywhere at any time. However, this did not fix the issue. They still...still loose our packages. And as you have probably guessed it, they don't even try to care. As a matter of fact, I think they try harder to make us mad, screw us over, and tell us how we are the problem. I will do everything in my power to make sure that this post office does not get another penny from us.

They Suck, as usual they lost my package. Seem it either gets lost of damaged. And of course it's usually something I really need. So what the solution from theses asshats? Oh, we will open a case for the package we lost and get back with you in THREE DAYS! Here is an idea you idiots! Expedite finding it and then overnight it. IT'S YOUR FAULT YOU LOST IT IN THE FIRST PLACE! My fault I allowed you send it. #non-caring #incompetent idiots.
