For the life of me, I cannot figure out why the outside drop box at the main PO in New Pal, was placed at the right height for box trucks, but passenger cars. From observation across many decades, almost all traffic at your drop box is passenger-type vehicles. I note the same height is unfortunately found at the Cumberland PO. DEFINITELY USPS does not have the average customer in mind. Any chance you could get one even 6" shorter?

I have moved and haven't had my mail forwarded as of yet, while I was at my old house yesterday to check the mail, I notice it was completely empty, which is odd because I haven't checked it for a while...my fault on my end...is there anyway you can check with the carrier to see if they have delivered to 2078 S 700 W New Palestine, if so I'm worried about someone stealing my mail I'm working on getting it all forwarded now If you could let me know what the status of this is...thank you chelly gracy
