Packages have not been delivered and no one is there so you can't even pick them up

The last 5 days I have not gotten any mail or any of my package so I have called many times and no answer have gone to this office and no ones is there all my package have return to sender with out me knowing or been able to get in touch with anyone and your 800 number sucks please someone reach out to me ASAP!!!...Thanks

The past two days different neighbors have brought mail to me that was left in their mailboxes. I get the wrong mail in my box but put it back in the box. Used to be good at getting the right mail. Something has changed. Hope you can fix the problem. Thank you
