The postal worker I have doesn't pick up mail thati have in my box with the flag Up he takes a nap for over 2 hours in his postal truck on my street and has been seen smoking in the truck has costed me resources I use to feed my kids because he don't pick.up mail that I need to go out I can't take it to the post office I don't have a car
