I called today concerning a package I needed to be able to pick up, beings our mail lady holds onto mail and packages rather then deliver them if they are due to the box that day. They told me they couldn't look through boxes because they had too many boxes there but I was asking them to look through any computerized data and or lists to see if it had arrived or when it might be due for arrival. They wouldn't do that and said that if it is here i have to wait for the mail person to deliver it which, again I can not be sure if she will properly deliver it or if she will just hang on to it skip boxes and not place mail in. This made me upset and I had information on the package and where it came from and who and still not good enough. I understand mail people have a lot to deal with during holidays but simply looking into the data basis at least would of given me a sense of security that it arrived as it should.
