Jason, the supervisor, or whatever he is. Is completely rude to everyone, doesn't help customers whatsoever, and shouldn't be considered a leader of anything. Jason. You are terrible.

They are not the best at answering phone, but if you get ahold of "Kim" your prayers are answered. Also a man she connected me with was terrific. Just be patient, help is on the way.

I agree with most of the other reviews / comments left on here. No they do not answer the phones at the Chesterton Post Office. We only receive mail maybe 2 times per week. This is unacceptable especially for a business. So frustrating to speak with someone at the office after waiting forever for them to answer and be told such silly answers. It is so frustrating!

I cancelled my mail hold but my accumulated mail hasn’t been delivered. I tried to call today 3/31/20 at 5:42 pm. Called over and over 4 times and no one picked up. Are there new hours??

I just wanted to comment on the Postmaster at this location. We had an issue with the delivery of a package. Jim came to our home to personally fix the issue. He went above and beyond what was expected. He clearly takes his job seriously, and we greatly appreciate the immediacy he gave to fixing our issue. Thank you again, Jim!
