Even thou the employees are very nice and professional, there is a lack of desire to help when attending to the public's needs, I mean, if you call the office during business hrs., good luck, the fax is always on ( mostly after their lunch time), very difficult to reach someone, and if you are lucky, when they answer, you are treated like if you are a pain on the ..., make you feel like if they are doing you a BIG favor by answering the phone... so sad, not a good practice., thx.
