They are all wonderful as far as I am concerned. Polite, competent and knowable.

The carrier leaves delivery slips on my door without knocking or ringing the doorbell! This has happened more than five times! My husband works from home and so do I so there is no reason why your workers couldn’t even make an effort to see if anyone was home prior to leaving. This facility needs to be reported and the workers need to be fired. What an overall horrible experience with you guys. Your workers are greatly lacking in integrity. Shame on you!

Many times in the evening, the mail is delivered. Today June 6th, the mailman posted the letter and newspaper at 6:30 pm. Letters that were in the mailbox to be sent were not taken. Always a postal worker delivering in the afternoon at 6am pm, 9am pm sometimes 11am pm, inserts damaged parcels and envelopes. I saw him park in the bushes and browse through the mail. It was at Harrison Ranch. Your only exemplary and honest employee was a girl who diligently delivered her mail intact and undamaged.

I had my mail on vacation hold, to be delivered on Thursday, November 10th. It was not delivered. I called and was assured that it would be delivered on Saturday, November 12th, since Friday was a postal holiday. IT WAS NOT DELIVERED!!!!!!! This is totally unacceptable. I even called today, Saturday, November 12th, and was assured that my mail was on the truck and would be delivered. And still no mail.
