This po is terrible. The only person that will deliver a package to your home is a nice blonde black woman named Erika. She delivers mail and packages (when neede) without complaining. Other “deliverers” send back packages to their origin rather than do their job. As an example; I recently had a notice of a package that was at the post office and the “attempted” delivery was 08/11/23. The package was sent back on 08/18/23. I was out of town.. I thought the policy was to keep a package in the facility for two weeks before it is sent back. The notice also said it was the “the first attempt “ at delivery. If Ericka is working she does what is necessary to see that packages are delivered on time and doesn’t send them back like the other LAZY route carriers. Erika deserves some recognition for doing her job correctly and in a timely manner. The other carriers for Ridge Road in Monticello, Fl lie about dates, say the person at the address is not home or the package will not fit in the mailbox when they absolutely will. DO N

I was home all day Saturday. Had a bag of cat food to be delivered - Amazon gave it the the USPS. I see message didn't fit in my box. Since when doesn't the USPS put packages on the porch. even small boxes don't fit in a mailbox. I have ordered some other items and today got three notices that they don't fit the box. Why is my mailperson not delivering?
