When I left for appointment my mailbox was attached to it’s post. When I returned home it had been knocked off the post, has marks where it had been hit, and was found in the road. Home is in a gated community and on a cul-du-sac with very low traffic. What will the postal service do to repair or replace the damage cause by delivery personal?

Driver failed to pick up my mail….AGAIN. Please ask driver to pay attention to route 14. Think she/he is forgetting my street. East Foresthill Place, Hernando.

Dear Postmaster, I have a question regarding the pick up and delivery of my mail. Several times I have placed outgoing mail in my box to be picked up and mailed. I place my flag up to indicate there is mail in the box. When I return home after a brief grocery trip, the flag is down but my mail is still in the box. I use the flag as a signal that my mail has been picked up so I don't have to waste a trip from the house to the box. It also helps me to know whether my mail has been delivered. Since I'm still recovering from heart surgery I try to find ways to help avoid extra trips. Do you know when my mail carrier is due to be around to my address? Often I don't have my mail until after 5 p.m. If I knew when to expect the delivery it would help me enormously. Thank you. Janet Barry 5207 W. Kristina Loop Lecanto, Fl 34461
