I have called no less than 15 times in the last 20 minutes to just be disconnected each time. It is before closing time so no excuse that at some point in those 15 calls that someone could answer. I can’t imagine they are that busy that someone can’t take a call. This has been a problem previously as well. They really need to work on customer service

It would appreciated if the postal carrier(s) delivering our mail along with the mail for those living near by to be more cognizant of the address provided on the envelope. We have a neighbor living at 7465 Bienville Ave who often receives our mail as we do theirs. I can understand the oversight since the numeric in our address matches their perfectly (7465). We also received 7451 Antietam Ave. We left the piece in our mailbox with the flag up and the next delivery the new mail was placed over the return. Go figure. I think training may be in order. thank you.

My house has been here for nearly 40 years and the U.S. Mail stopped delivering my mail a year or two ago. All of a sudden they say my road is not safe. Well UPS, FedEx, Amazon Prime, Clay Electric, Trash Service etc... all come to my house!!! But not the U.S. Mail!!! They are a sorry POS post office!

I would like to ask that your mail carriers could close my mailbox so when it rains my mail does not get wet. I have seen some of the carriers not even try. My mailbox is old but it does close if they would put in the effort. It is not all the carriers. I am sorry if this message sounds harsh but I do not like wet mail. Thank you

I've reported a driver as he stops past mail box after delivering. Then hits his gas which causes ruts. I got he's new. I do not care he should know how to drive. We put lime rock down and he dose it yesterday and today. We do the work for him to have a good circle to drive around and he messes it up. What a jerk. Now more work for us.

I inserted two Netflix DVD'S to return Saturday morning. I put the flag up on my mailbox as well. When I arrived back home Sunday, the flag was placed down, new mail was inserted into my box but the Netflix DVD's remained. The mail delivery employee that came by my house neglected to do their job. Both of the P.O. employees I know are very courteous and polite, I do not wish any disciplinary action to be taken but only ask if this situation could be noted and rectified. Thank you for your time. John Braxton.
