Yesterday I went to the Post office here in Interlachen. It was a joy to see Troy... the day before I was horror with the service nasty attitude robert gave me... Well enough of that I tell you. Troy is so respectful, honest, caring, knowledgeable, if there is a price rase he will tell you. I can only give him 5* but in my book he gets 20* STARS across the board that God for people like Troy. There should be more Troy's in the world. Thank you kindly God bless you. I want all you to know that there is a… I want all you to know that there is a Angel in the Post Office in Interlachen, His name is Troy, always has a smile on his face, very attentive courteous, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and he makes you feel important. These are qualities of a excellent employee. I can only give him 5 stars but in my book, he has 20 stars across the bord. Inform site showed me a lot of mail would be del. Monday not did not get any mail.ties showed more mail coming ties still did not get Monday mail and missing mail today some mail very important went to chat site and they said no one could hel don’t know what to do

Interlachen Florida PO - I put a letter in the mail Thursday evening, January 7, 2021 and put the red flag up. My mail was NOT picked up on Friday nor was it picked up on Saturday. Several months back my mailbox had been knocked over and I requested a hold of my mail for one week, and paid for this request, while I fixed my box. My mail never stopped. So as you can see I am NOT happy with this service.

so............. I just got a delivery from the post office. (last week she didn't even deliver my mail, she is the relief person) so the dog goes off. my son opens the door. she yelled at him saying "why did you let him out" I come in the room and witness her throw my package on the ground right in front of my son and drive off. so then i'm thinking wth is wrong with this rude woman. THEN I OPEN THE PACKAGE. It was my MAGA hat. She was straight being a jerk to us because we received a MAGA hat. This was not cool. Our normal lady is so sweet without bias. We are on the South West side of Interlachen. You know who delivered today. It was not cool at all.
