I absolutely hate the service from the USPS in Havana, FL. EVERY time we have a package they do not deliver it, do not stop, do not drop on porch or knock on door or put in mailbox and then submit a "Package cannot be delivered due to driveway blockage". My daughter is home 24/7 and was waiting for this package and they never even stopped and just marked it as not able to deliver. PLEASE get new post people....

Just received a text message that my package EJ2448163595US was delivered to my front porch at 11:37 am. I don't have it. I've had an existing problem of my mail being left at 207 SW 5th Street, Havana FL 32333

I received a very damaged package on 9/5/17, it appeared as if it had been dropped over my "unsecured" gate at driveway by local USPS employee. The vendor (born again appliance parts) had packaged a glass plate I'd ordered "poorly" inside of a box too big for plate. I opened box and the plate was shattered, so was I:( ...we really needed the microwave replacement plate. The vendor gave a less than professional response when I complained of damage and requested refund w/return ticket. No further response from vendor, a complaint has been filed.

This facility hires some of the most stupid people in the world for rural mail carriers. I have lived here for 25 years and the mail carriers have left mail and parcels addressed to me, all over my neighborhood. I lived at a very specified address and they have left my mail and packages at addresses not even on the same road that I live on. They have left packages on rainy days, unwrapped and on the ground in front of my mail box and the mail boxes of other residence. I have received fragile marked items, broken because of the carrier's rough handling. come on now, if my address is clearly marked, why would it be delivered to another entirely different address on an entirely different road. When I checked the usps tracing, it always stated that the item was left at my front door at such and such time. In the 25 years that I have lived here, I have never seen a mail carrier get out of their car and approach a residence. whenever this happens, I have to go about the neighborhood to seek and find my packages. Can't someone/ post master, straighten these kind of things out?john rich
