Just tried calling. Automatic voice mail answered. The message told me to stay on the line for next available agent. It rang numerous times then went to busy signal and then hung up. I need an answer to a customes declaration form that is going to Japan.

I keep trying to call and no one answers. My call gets transferred to the "operator" and then the call gets disconnected after a few rings. Totally frustrating!!!!!!!!!

i would like to know where my mail is i asked for my to be forwarded on june 5 2021 i have not one piece one piece of mail yet maybe if they got off there lazy asses maybe i could get my mail

Called to ask Postmaster to have a carrier retrace his tracks as he delivered a package to the wrong address and wouldn’t you know it they won’t answer their phone. They make the mistake and I have to be inconvenienced? Please as many people stand around have one answer the phone!

Never Answer the phones when calling there

The postal carrier broke the door on my mailbox this is not the first time. I fixed it in the past now it cannot be fixed. I've tried calling the post office there was no answer from anyone when transfered to the operator after several rings I get a busy signal. I removed the box.

My experience today receives ZERO stars. Tania and Tina were not friendly. In fact, they were rude. Very rude. Tania forced me to use a sharpie to hand write the address on two packages. I have NEVER had to write the address on a package in marker because the postage/shipping label is just that - a postage AND shipping label! Tania also forced me to use the stylus to respond to one of the questions regarding the address, but she didn't make me do it for the additional questions. I didn't need to do it in the first place - she was just intentionally being inconsiderate of customer concern for touching dirty equipment. They are still collecting their paychecks at a time when other people would LOVE to have a job. Maybe they should show a little more gratitude.

I've been at this same location for 15 years. Our mail keeps getting routed to the wrong address. We've complained and complained, yet the local Manager will apparently do nothing. Our Post Office is in Greenacres, Florida 33454 Our address is: Active Family Wellness Center 6620 Lake Worth Road, Suite C Greenacres, Fl 33462 Phone (561) 641-1111 We have likely lost $ thousands due to misrouted or undelivered mail. Today, one of our neighbors brought over two letters (one with a large check), which was incorrectly delivered to them! All of the tenants here are having the same problem. In 21 years living at the same location I only got quality service. A very busy office but they always greet me with a smile. Never had a problem. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

THERE WAS A CHECK FROM MY BANK THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE RECEIVED BY ME ON 7/22. I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT. ????????????????????????????

Not answering phone for a period of 20 mnts. Box paid and after 7/5/2019 still lock from the inside and I can retrieve me mail. Today is 7/23/2019 and still can’t get my mail

We have been getting bad service from our carrier. We get other people's mail from my neighborhood a lot. But the main reason I'm sending this text. On May 20th we gave some mail to the carrier. On May 24th a neighbor from another area (Catalina on the Green) found our mail we sent to pay my gardener on the road. Thank God she gave it to me. The service from the post office is getting even worse. The lady that dropped the letter off said she is getting same BS. This needs to stop. The next call will be to you executives. Not all postal carriers, but certain ones are not closing my lid on my mailbox out by the street. I have a brand new mail box and it doesn't flip up like they do and then the lid of open for people to take my mail, or rain to ruin it, etc. It only takes a second to close the lid until the catch clicks. It isn't stiff, but closed will protect my mail AND my box. I have personally complained to 2 different carriers and they were very nice and apologized. Today, March 4, my box was left wide open! Can you talk to the carriers and re emphasize to close the lid.? Thank you very much!

1834-1900-0043-1710 is a cancelation of change of address for my address. A change of address that I never submitted. I found in my mailbox a banner with the word "Forward" scribed on it. This had been canceled according to my CN CA 140 892 323. During my follow up conversation with USPS, I received another call from the local USPS office. Before I could answer the call they had left a message. Long message but for me to contact them. I have attempted to call them 7 times today with no answer. It is bad how easy it is to forward someone else's mail to another address. By the time I was contacted, the USPS had notified the local USPS office of the change. But they had not implemented the cancelation. So where is my mail? Why no answer at the local USPS? And who is in charge? Very unprofessional, uncaring, (local Office), and unable to contact.

My mail hold # CAH322455806 is not being adhered to. Mail was supposed to be held starting 9/1/18. However, I recieved mail today with that forwarding date.. Also no one at the Green Acres Post office answers the phone. Richard Abramowitz

The most unprofessional bunch of morons running this office. Trying to track a certified piece of mail. Followed on the computer site and it was circling between Okeechobee office to Miami making detours in Delray and Boca Raton. They just don't care. The manager told me it's not her problem once it leaves the Greenacres post office. Gave me a phony printout showing OUT FOR DELIVERY. This is why the government should not run any type of business. These people get their jobs, and sit back and don't care. If it were a profit making business there would be competition and a sense of professionalism. I still don't have my letter 18 days later.

30 days ago I forwarded my mail. Still nothing after several phone calls with your office.

Package says delivered and i don't have a package. This is the 10th package you guys have lost and you don't even answer your phone. What horrible service!

Poor service. My hold mail has not been delivered. The fax number doesn't answer. Chronic not doing what needs to be done. POOR SERVICE

Very disappointed. I tracked my package to the post office, package has been sitting there to be delivered. Now I have to travel outside of the country leaving the package I have been awaiting for. These people need to take their job seriously.

This post office is the worst in the nation. I live in a gated community 2 miles from this "postal lack of service" and our Mail was NOT delivered at all. Neighbors had outgoing mail and the postal worker does not show up? Floyd, the manager is a complacent, let me retire tomorrow type of another useless federal employee! Our normal delivery guy is very prompt. Mail by 2pm. It's 8pm EST 01/25/2017 and no mail. My next call is to my Congresswomen and tweet DJT.

USPS is the scum of the earth. Horrible Customer Service and could careless about wether you get your packages or not.

My package has been tracked to this post office as of last Tuesday, December 19, 2016. It was a Christmas gift that has not been delivered as of today December 26. Now I can't even go there until tomorrow. Shameful service.

I am complaining about the new drop off box. At Greenacres Fl post office. I watched an elderly lady with a cane trying to drop off a letter and hold her cane at same time. She almost fell. Other elderly people also had trouble. Why is the box so far back with post that you cant reach it from car? Unacceptable and causes long lines.

you people complain about the post office but its all our fault. Its all going down because everything is electronic and people are losing there jobs every day because of this. A lot of single parents are post office workers and can lose there job, there only way of income, at any moment because we are so hooked on technology. I am a 21 year old college student and I use the post office instead of e-mailing and etc as much as I can because the post office deserves it. They pay is horrible.. Everyone should be lucky you have a post office and remember these people have family too and need to stop complaining and maybe need to take action and help the post office. you also need to maybe think about how you are acting toward the people and is possibly why they are rude to you. You people need to open your eyes and stop being horrible. If these parents were to lose there job, I would blame you all because you made it happen

Horrible experience. Cannot get anyone to answer my call regarding a forwarding request that is not being enforced. Put on hold forever after going thru numerous automated prompts. Frustrating. No wonder email is getting so much more popular.

Not only does this Post Office fail to timely deliver Priority Mail sent to it by another US Post Office, it also is so incompetent that it has its local listed telephone number connected to its Fax Machine so you cannot even contact them to inquire why the package has not been delivered.

This post office looses packages and delivers to wrong addresses constantly. They are also very rude.

I HAD THREE PACKAGES ORDERED 3 WEEKS BEFORE CHRISTMAS, I STILL HAVENT RECIEVED THOSE GIFTS AND ITS THE 3RD OF JANUARY . I SPENT ALMOST 100 DOLLARS ON THESE GIFTS AND I BELIEVE THAT THE POST OFFICE HAS SENT THEM TO ANOTHER ADDRESS EVERY TIME I GO OUT TO MEET THE MAIL MAN HE HAS HAD PACKAGES THAT RESEMBLE THE GIFTS I HAVE ORDERED EXAMPLE ; POSTER = ROUNDED LONG PACKAGE , TOOL KIT =BIG BOXED PACKAGE AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST EARINGS A LITTLE MAILBOX SIZED PACKAGE .. I AM VERY WORRIED AND HOPE TO GOD THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT RECIEVING MY FAMILYS SUPRIZES :( I HAVE TRIED TO CONTACT THE POST OFFICE NUMEROUS TIMES AND NO LUCK I HAVE EVEN PUT A NOTE IN THE MAILBOX WITH THE TRACKING NUMBERS AND STILL NO LUCK !! The Postmaster should take a little pride in his workplace and clean this location up. Disgustingly dirty with garbage strewn on ground, gum on sidewalks,weeds, dead tree limbs, etc. Shameful. How much money and benefits do you need to open your eyes and care?

This post office sucks. They have the most rudest managers here. Not to mention the carriers that have been doing the route. Why did amazon save there butts.
