Tried to call the main office in Ft. McCoy for over 2 hours. No one answered. By the time I got there, the Post Office was closed for the day. Tracking said that my package was delivered on 10/08 it is now 10/11 and it is still not here. This is my medicine and I can't be without it. This is no way to run a business. If they don't want to do their jobs, they should be fired and someone else should be hired. Just because they are federal employees, does on mean that they don't have to work. Save that for the IRS.

Very horrible person at window. She refused to help. I called on Monday to make sure they would accept a general delivery from UPS and was told they would. When I got the notice of delivery I immediately went to this post office to pick it up(2 hours after delivery) This HORRIBLE person said ‘they do not accept packages fromUPS’ without any apologies even when I told her I called and was told by this post office it was okay Terrible 😣 She was just MEAN!!!.

Melissa and her husband Richard that run the PO are amazing people and go beyond their call of duty to help serve you and take care of the customer. Salt Springs Resort is so blessed to have them take over the PO after the last totally unorganized disaster that ran it. Thank all of you for all your professional help and service.

Worst post office in America ever. What are you done with your business or not but that time is for them to shut the door you're out of there. They refuse to serve you they open the door for you to leave and lock you out. They're rude. And they do not answer the phone during business hours. You can never ask a question cuz you never get anyone to answer a phone. During non-business hours the phone rings and rings and rings. I hate having to go there.

Horrible service. Continual misdeliveries … poor customer service. No matter the time, they do not answer their phone. In order to get good customer service, you have to be in their 'click.'
