mail carrier often deliverers my packages to neighbor who keeps them and marks them as delivered so I have no recourse to get refund. Worst mail carrier ever, cant read address

Often we have misdelivered packages. I redeliver as a courtesy to the recipient. Had a package supposedly delivered 6/17 but not here. Our person that delivers is horrible. Also didn't hold our mail during a vacation. This young man needs some disciplinary action.

I am extremely upset. We live on a large piece of property with a long driveway. The postman/lady who delivered a package today around noon DROVE ON MY FRONT YARD AND ACROSS MY SEPTIC TANK. NEIGHBOR WITNESSED AND TRACKS ARE PRESENT. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNCALLED FOR AS IF THE IDIOT WOULD HAVE USED THEIR REVERSE THIS WOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED. MY PHONE NUMBER IS 813-478-0695 Please have a manager call me asap. I will be looking into who did this.
