Since past January2023 we have been victimized by check fraud of 2 Checks mailed in the 251 Valencia office. The checks were mailed by us to different clients and dropped in person. We are planning to visit this office manager.

Please save someone a wasted trip! You need to update these times, they are many many months old....the lobby (P.O. Boxes) is only opened when the counter is opened, not 24 hours. And I believe that right now (Sept 2020) the counter section is closing at 5. Also, I came to this site get info on p.o. boxes (sizes/prices) for a client that needs one, and that info is absent. Please think about putting the options up here. Generally happy with this P.O. but some individuals are very very rude, which is too bad since I have lots of respect for the P.O. and they are all lucky to have jobs these days.

We suppose to get supermarket flyers every Tuesday but the zipcode 33134-2412 has the delivery whenever the mailman, working that day, wants to delivery them, so, rhis week of August 4 did not delivered. We're going to complaint to the postmaster about the delivery in this route because every day we have a different mailman for that reason MANY, MANY mail are delivery in wrong addresses. Make sure you can fix the problems. Can you fix this ?

Very dissatisfied. No one answers the phone even when I let the phone ring 20-x. For the 10th time this year, I have received mail for wrong address. I live at 1253 Ortega and I receive mail for 1253 Messina. I have spoken to the regular mailman several times and want nothing further to do with him. He probably did not hear me because he is ALWAYS on his cell phone. I doubt he glances at the addresses on the mail. I need my mail- I probably did not get my stimulus check because of this irresponsible employee who in my opinion should be fired for negligence. Please take what ever action possible to ensure I get my mail during this difficult time. I will make a personal trip to the post office tomorrow to complain. Oh and he does not wear a mask or gloves. Is this another flouting of your policy?

An incident occurred at my local post office today in Coral Gables, FL. The location number is 115888-0188. I used to enjoy going to this particular location because the ladies that worked the counter are very nice and helpful. Today that all changed when I was attended by Jose L. Diaz. When I gave him my packages to have shipped out, he refused to accept them because they weren't scanning properly; even though the shipping labels were valid. I had asked him if could manually type in the tracking numbers and he rudely refused. I had politely asked Jose what was the protocol if their scanners aren't working, and he didn't give me an answer. Instead, he told me that I needed to fix my printer and that he wasn't going to accept my packages; in a vulgar manner. Jose went on to tell me that if the bar code doesn't scan, then he can't accept a package; when in fact, that's not true. I informed him that I had never had this problem and that the postal workers at this location (and every location I've been to) would always manually type in my tracking numbers when they wouldn't scan properly. Jose disregarded everything that I had to say and proceeded to yell at me in front of everyone at the post office and boast about how he how couldn't get reprimanded because he has 22 years working for the United States Postal Service. When one of the packages was scanned successfully, Jose did not ask me to verify the mailing address that it was going, nor did he ask me how I wanted my receipt. Instead, I had to use the keypad to input that information and put myself at risk of getting COVID 19, even though Jose had asked everyone else that he attended, not to touch the keypad, to verify their address, and how they wanted their receipt. Not only did I feel humiliated and hurt by Jose's actions, but I especially felt disrespected as a customer, a small business owner, and as a Muslim woman. He allowed one person to walk in without masks to drop off their packages and didn't think twice about how that one person can put all of the people in the post office at risk. Despite how malicious Jose L Diaz was towards me, I kept calm because not only is it the holy month of Ramadan, but I am also not the type of person to publicly embarrass or hurt someone. Despite however many years Jose L. Diaz has been working for United States Postal Service, that doesn't give him the right to profile anyone and to treat them in a demeaning way. I hope that the United States Postal Service takes the time to investigate what happened, especially because with what is going on in the world right now. The last thing I need is for someone to jeopardize my livelihood because they don't want to manually input a few tracking numbers, when all I'm trying to do is make sure that my customers get their clothes and other beauty items as fast as possible.

Post Person that delivered mail on Friday April 24, 2020 for the Building 901 Ponce De Leon Blvd. She did not have a mask nor gloves and decided to come very close to me without any consideration for my health and everyone in the office. When I mentioned to her to maintain the distance she went off saying if I am going to get the virus, then let it so. Please reprimand this employee as she is a threat for your institution, as well as everyone she touches.

We never know what days we will receive our mail. Nor is there any regularity on the delivery time when it occurs. Being the government it is hard to flush out the non performers. The government conglomerate does not react like private business. In the meantime, we need to compete and be efficient to survive. We do not have the USPS endowment. There are plenty of other eager potential workers that can replaced the current ones.

I have politely asked ( and even placed a reminder note on my mailbox ) for the mail carrier NOT to place the mail on the outside ledge of my mailbox. It happened again today as the wind was whipping up and sending my mail flying around mine and neighbors yards . Why is it so hard to place the mail inside of the mailbox where it belongs? I then tried to call the Coral Gables branch post office where no one answers. Of course it doesn't seem to matter because this same issue has been addressed before, and it continues to happen. It is so frustrating to think that an important piece of mail could ( and has been ) flying around the neighborhood never to reach the intended person that it was sent to! Is there anybody out there who can make a difference?

Mr Blustein - I would like to take this opportunity to engage you on this "complaint" you have set forth herein. My BUSINESS has readily depended on this USPS Branch for +20 years and as such I find your comment arrogant and quite disrespectful. I deal with Sonia almost every day and she is professional and quite a respectful lady. You have been extremely quick to judge and this obviously explains the type of person you are. Shame on you for making these false statements!
