Just a note to let you know that I was supposed to be getting delivery of my 2 suitcases, however I was notified that "Unfortunately, USPS ran into an issue when attempting your delivery. They will try again." The reason was because "Delivery attempted, but mailbox was full.". I also got a "First Attempt" notice in my mail that "Receptacle full/item oversized." . I would like to know how my mailbox was supposed to accommodate 2 suitcases ?? It doesn't seem to make sense for Amazon to contract to someone who doesn't deliver, especially when I have vision problems and have to bother someone else to pick up the item. I have had packages that were to big for my mailbox delivered to my porch before. It appears that someone is more concerned with having an easy day over providing quality customer service.

This is me of the worse post offices I have felt with in 60 years of my life. Spent all day trying to call and make a complaint and they will not answer the phone. Went to the physical location to register a complaint about not getting mail and packages only to go back days later to make same complaint. These people need to be fired and the postal carriers checked for online or selling items that are meant for the postal customers
