Wanted to send a box of clothes. The box came with self adhesive tape. I followed directions as given by location employee, applied the adhesive tape. Within two minutes the tape began separating from the box. I asked the manager if she could help me with 2 pieces of tape to secure the items through the shipping process. She told me I can buy a role of tape. However they gave a lady in line next to me tape to secure her package. I commented on that. I was told we only have her a small amount of tape. I said that's all I need. I asked to speak to the manager because that's not fair. She said she is the manager. I then said well then I will use another shipping location. She said fine but you have to pay for the box since you wrote on it. I refused letting her know that I am not going to pay for an item that is defective. All in all I offered to pay an additional dollar for one strip of tape. So due to lack of customer service and the inability to treat customers equally I will not be going back to this postal office. A 6 dollar box with 47 dollars shipping is not worth a piece of tape??? Stone needs customer service training. Toodles
