This is 3rd time that I have had to ask for a redelivery this year and my package doesn't get delivered. I have to call, leave messages, and email to get ahold of someone to just to get the package delivered another day. You need to check your online system when loading the trucks for redelivery packages because you are missing something there.... HELLO!

Can we get our mail deliverd to our correct address??? My neighbors and I consistently are having to redeliver the mail to the correct address. Today I had 2 very important letters delivered to the wrong address. You need better quality control...

I was visiting the area in Yorba Linda and was parked on the street Los Monteros. I was parked in front of a house while my child practiced baseball across at the school. The mailman which was a gentleman for that route was very rude and disrespectful. He pulled up behind me and started honking because I would not move up which had I moved up I would of the blocked the residence driveway. He pulled up next to me and stated I could of moved I had a small space. I don’t know where he had any right to say anything to me when he didn’t have to take but maybe a step to the box but because he had to physically get out to put the mail in the mail box and couldn’t stay sitting he was rude. This really needs to be addressed as it is his job and not an obligation that I have to move my vehicle. I expect this to be handled or I will take it further. He was very rude and disrespectful and my children were in the car as well. Great example for children on how to be lazy and do our job and be rude about it.

The service we are currently receiving from the USPS is "For the Dogs". I have lived at the same location for over 35 years and my mail has been delivered by 4:00 PM (generally by 2:00 PM) since I moved in here (178XX Caballo Dr.) Currently my mail is not delivered until after 5:30 and on some occasions until after 6:00 PM. You changed our carrier. What else has changed? None of our neighbors are pleased with the service we are receiving. Please change back to our old carrier and deliver our mail earlier. Thank You.

And yet ANOTHER four of my parcels have gone missing, after this terrible organization posted on tracking that these parcels were delivered to my home on June 2nd, which they most definitely were not! This makes for a total of six packages that have been stolen or lost in a two week period.

My postman keeps leaving notes on my car regarding me parking by my mailbox. The note says if i continue to park in front of my house he wont; deliver my mail. I live on a small street the only parking available is where all the mailboxes are posted. I ,make sure my car is parked behind the boxes, I can't get over the laziness. Since when has this been the law?

It's always been the law. By blocking the mailboxes you are obstructing the mail box and you are impeding the delivery of the mail.

we just received our mail yesterday that was postmarked 1/29/2015. Why the delay in delivery? What happened. Many items were postmarked with Santa Ana, CA 1/29/2015 date.

Our entire culdesac's mail was not delivered due to someone parking in front of our mailboxes! Is this standard operating procedure?
