Who do we complain about an observation my cousin and I saw? We saw an employee drive in a big motorcycle inside the back door of the the Calbasas Post Office. We saw this happen more that once and then he parks it outside. Not cool.

FOR THE LAST MONTH - HALF OF MY PACKAGES HAVE BEEN RIPPED OPEN OR HAVE HOLES / RIPS / DENTS. MY PACKAGE THAT ARRIVED TODAY WAS COMPLETELY OPEN! (like a few others) I have been taking photos every single time this happens and it’s started to add up. I think I know the issue. My fiancé and I recently moved into a new building. The old tenant has yet to change his address and sends new Amazon packages here, even after me telling him how to have all his mail rerouted using usps.com. He has the audacity to send a package 3 days after the last time he picked up his mail. He moved out 4 months ago! The landlord told us to let him know if we had mail. (The last remnant.) I’ve never in my life had to deal with this. It’s gone on too long. The mail man even made a comment because I had mentioned once that it was the previous tenant and he said you have contact with him? I thought he was just saying that’s weird cause IT IS. But now I’m thinking they’re suspicious about us. The postal delivery man even commented saying he received a lot of packages. I, myself, revive a lot of packages. I sell new, previously used, and vintage clothing on 3 platforms. I also order stock online from those 3 platforms and other websites. I’m always getting packages but maybe 5 a week. I don’t know if they think there’s illegal activities or something. They’ve checked more than enough packages and I’m sick of this. It’s insulting and so far off. All of a sudden I’m receiving mail addressed to names I’ve never seen. I just put return to sender. I don’t know if it’s one of my post men or at the post office. I also send a lot of packages out. They’re all QR codes from my shop! Not like me going in and paying cash to send strange packages. It’s Los Angeles. I know there’s wives out there that shop far more than I do. I work from home and do not drive. I may receive more than the average in the US, but not in the area I live in. Why am I targeted? Because of our middle eastern last names? Why do they keep opening my packages? They haven’t found anything suspicious over the last 4-6 weeks - it’s all clothing, mostly bras, panties, and lingerie. The labels even say it’s from Poshmark or Mercari. The platforms have been around more than 10 years. I, like everyone else deserve privacy. I don’t want people touching my bras and panties anymore. THANK YOU!

No mail delivery today 09/03/2019. Likely a substitute worker. Nobody picks up the phone for a report at 818-340-0013 the postal service station for 91367. Understaffed? Call after call.

Forget about calling the Woodland Hills Post Office. They do not answer their phones. Instead, call the West Hills branch. They are very helpful and courteous.

Today our mail carrier, not the one we normally have, took unstamped mail (not even in the area where we leave our mail. We are trying to contact the post office but no one is answering. We need to do something. This is not our fault and you will be sending out over 100 unstamped letters. This is not the first time we have had an issue with the Monday delivery. I am very frustrated with the post office either Calabasas or the Woodland Hills. No one answering phones. Customer is anxious to look for a package which was told it was delivered but it was not. I attempted to call to find out but no one answer phones in Woodland Hills, the one in Calabasas, I had go Via whole scripts than to create a case. Seriously, anyone can answer phone and help out?

It's true, they make $70,000.00 per year or thereabouts and won't answer the phone most of the time or never. And two years ago I had to take care of some serious business and had some questions that needed answering but instead got the door slammed in my face; literally. These positions are public service positions, but many of the folks there it seems dislike servicing the community... So, if face-to-face customer service isn't there thing then why did they apply and then accept the job.... It's unfair that the public/community has to endure such abusive, neglectful treatment/disservice.

What a horrible place occupied by incompetent useless sub-humans. Our local Woodland Hills post office belongs in a third world country. They treat customers like garbage and also never EVER answer the phone. Lovely place, really.

Damn Straight! Except in the third world the quality of life is HIGHER - if you are going to deal with incompetent public agencies, at least in Latin America you get cheap lobster and nice beaches. CALIFORNIA IS THE THIRD WORLD - look under an overpass if you don't believe.

Mr. Willson is dead straight with his rhetoric, I have been trying to phone these degenerates for awhile now and there is such a messed up cluck the expletive going on with this package coming out of this Woodland Hills Post Office as to be deemed nightmarish. I do get the sense, even being as far away as out here in rural Pennsyltucky that California is falling by the wayside and isn't functioning like a normal American state but more like Yugoslavia under Tito or something akin to that. But god this is irritating! This is why Socialism and Communism doesn't work and why no one likes the federal government that knows it intimately.
