Worse location I have ever had to use. I am forced to pick up my mail at this location. 3 times in past 18 months I put in a “hold mail” and it was not honored. Mail agent at location finally told me it “doesnt really work” and I need to drop the hold mail card off at the post office. I did and my mail was held but not delivered at end of hold period. 30 min wait to pick up my mail with no explanation from the service agent why it wasn’t delivered after she told me I must not have filled it out right. When she brought it to me she admitted the card was completed corrEctly. I came her 2 weeks ago and stood in line 20 minutes bc there was NO card sitting on shelves. I am now standing in line for > 30 minutes at 10am on a wed bc my mail has not been delivered as it should have been monday. There is one agent working. No one will come to the side door where I was told in the past to go if I needed to pick up my mail. The ringer outside the door does not ring, I am confident the broken ringer is on purpose. No one answers a door knock. The woman 4 people in front of me has just told the agent she has the very same problem, no one delivering held mail.

am waiting for a time sensitive letter from parking violations bureau My mail is not being picked up and delivery has decreased to approx 3 days a week and I have not seen a mailtruck or mailman during this time. Is it necessary for me to pick up my mail in the post office? I have never had to do this---are you set up for this? I appreciate your work---just need my mail.

Just called the Venice post office, Logan answered the phone. I told him I had a question about a package that shows delivered but I didn’t receive it. No response, I said hello, he said yes I’m here listening. And I said, did you hear what I said, and he repeated exactly back what I said, and then said I’m still waiting for the question. I told him the question would be, where is the package? He said well I’m not clairvoyant. I asked him why he was being so rude, was he having a bad day, I didn’t appreciate it being taken out on me. He said he’s not being rude but he’s not clairvoyant and he doesn’t know where the package is. So I asked could he transfer me to someone who could maybe assist me to find out where it is, and he said well if you want to give me a tracking number I could help you. At that point I asked him for his name again, and he said...as I said when I answer the phone my name is Logan. Again... So unbelievably rude. I gave him the tracking number, he didn’t like the speed at which I gave it so I slowed down and give it to him again. When he got back on the phone he was very helpful and pleasant, I don’t know what happened in six minutes that I was on hold but his attitude to changed. Turns out the package was in fact not delivered, and will be delivered later. If he’s not happy at his job, and wants to treat people rude, I know many people that will gladly take his place. I’m tired of paying the Postal Service to perform services, and my packages not getting delivered, or getting delivered to someone else and having no recourse.

Does anyone pick up the phone?? I have been calling and another package has not been delivered. This is not the first time packages go missing- sent by "normal mail". My family has sent me really important things throughout the years I've lived on Venice and they just never show up. This time this was extremely important to my health. I really don't like writing negative reviews/put negative energy out into the world there is enough out there already however i am extremely disappointed how mail is run. My mom mailed a package last Wednesday march 18th in the morning. She lives in Newport and i still have not received it It's march 23rd. I wish someone would just answer the phone so this situation could be noted, and maybe find the employee(s) that are not delivering package(s) or where the ball was dropped. As i see I'm not the only one due to the comments below.

I have been calling this post office since Monday ( 310-396-6981) Nobody ever picks up!!!! This has been going on since last year I’m always sending packages to my sons apartment 17 th ave Ridiculous delivery system ! Never gets his package ( paid for 2 day del) Mail carrier claims couldn’t get in the building time after time But... his room mate gets packages !!! We always have to call find a supervisor to help find the package Then my son has a hard time getting out of the post office Why?? People working there are to rude and disrespectful at times My sons been coming here for over a year to get his packages off anon if he doesn’t have his ID on that particular due to a full working day but they see Often know him from picking up packages at least 2 - 3 x a month and know him ! Employees are strange very strange they won’t give his package without a photo ID How ridiculous he shows on his paystub he does not have photo ID all the time Shows birth certificate why is it so difficult To call their pick up packages then we have to sound like a pain in the ass customer by calling management supervisor it just gets ridiculous please replace them people with staff who know what they’re doing!!!!! Thank you Phila pa resident

These employees threaten citizens, tell them to drop cameras on public areas. Tell them to drop cameras so they can fight. Some of the most pathetic excuses for post office workers I have EVER seen. Bottom line, I respect the military...but if a Marine is going to threaten a citizen engaged in a constitutional right...then I wish that pathetic excuse for a Marine had never made it home again. At least if he was killed in action..he would be a hero. When you come home and act like a thug and a tyrant to fellow Americans...you are even worse scum than those that don't fight for this country and hate on those that do. Your a God Damn Marine, act like it. Hopefully the video will get out, and KARMA will find that little pathetic excuse of a Marine. If I was that LOSER'S commanding officer...I would do everything in my power to make sure he NEVER EVER received a dime from his service. In my opinion, he forfeited it once he decided to act the way he did and spout how he was a Marine and he would kill these photographers. Just remember this "Marine" some of us Marines don't take kindly to your worthless attitude when you get back to the States.
