I received an email from my credit card company that my bill had not been paid, according to them the bill was mailed to me in October. I never received it. The same thing happened last year with my telephone bill, it was due in November, I finally got the bill in the mail in January 2021. I ride my bicycle around the east side of VC, and I see mail on the ground all the time, this morning on VC Road, I have seen mail on Vesper Rd., Fruitvale Rd. and Mac Tan Rd. Either people are taking this mail from the boxes, or the postal carrier is tossing it out. Either choice is as good as the other.

For the last few months, we have begun having mail delivered as late as 8:00 pm. Not sure this is right. Also, statements/mai not being delivered at all and receiving mail from one neighbor or another about once a week. Not sure what is going on. This Saturday received mail from two different persons who do not even live on our road or anywhere near. What is going on?

One of the worst post offices around. Rude employees, inept substitute delivery drivers who can't, or won't, deliver packages without either losing them or putting them in the neighbor's box, if you're that lucky. Constantly have to call the post office to find out where a package is, or to ask that they put it where they are supposed to. Very frustrating!

Package been delivered in community mailboxes...on Saturday June 19 at 10:30am. On Friday June 18 construction worker hit the mailboxes destroyed, so someone picked all the mails return to post office. I can't get my mails by the time the post office closed...I didn't know post office was open on Saturday. Today, Monday went pick up mail and packages and there one package missing. Can't get a hold of post office. No one answer the phone.

I have confirmation you delivered a package yesterday. This has happened before. The next day when i met the mail man at our mail boxes, Helooked in his truck and handed me the package. The tracking number is 9361289724009708640887. Where is my package? This happens all the time with this carrier.

I received service beyond my expectations from Jason at the Valley Center Post Office on Saturday 2/16. I called at 10:17 am to inquire about a missing package. Jason asked a few clarifying questions and promised to investigate and get back to me. Sure enough, barely an hour later, he had driven to the address where my package was left, discovered it had been placed in the mailbox of a vacant house near me. He placed the package in my box and called me with an update. I did not expect to hear back at all on a Saturday--much less about 1 hour later with my problem solved!!! Outstanding customer service. I recently moved from LA to Valley Center--it might have taken me an hour just to get through to the right person in LA. We are often quick to complain--I felt it important to give a compliment to the USPS where it was greatly deserved! Thanks, Jason,

Just opened up my tracking info and realized it was delivered! TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESSS. Anywhere between the vacant indian Hill ranch or bates nut farm. A 1/2 mile from my house. According to the delivery guy he left it behind the gate? Thats weird, because i don't have a gate. I drove past that area to check if I was a delivery driver how I would leave someone package at a location that no where states the address number labeled on the mailboxes. I agree with everyone else on here about doing a great job throwing our mail out of the truck and pretending you did your job. This happens to us all the time and the address is labeled on our drive way on a piece of wood. This isn't even the first time this happens. I need my package before Saturday february 2nd for my baby shower and now I don't know where it is. We live in an area where people hunt for packages on the loose and here you are dumping our packages in a unprofessional manner? I have not found my package!!!!!

Just found my kids Christmas packages! A 1/2 mile from my house, on the side of the road in the dirt. Just received an email that they were delivered! Great job throwing my mail out of the truck and pretending you did your job.
