Mail delivery girl constantly walking on my lawn leaving damage. I have paved walkways. Let it slide a few times, but seems habitual.

I have a camera that shows the mailbox outside my office. The mailman drives right by each day and never stops. I bet this box has mail in it that has never been picked up.

I have received two warnings for access to my mailbox. I went to turlock post office and told them I was not blocking the mailbox but my street is very busy and my cars are not the only ones parking on my side of the street. She told me to go to city hall and get them to take care if it. The 17th of April I asked neighbor across the street to move his truck so the mailbox would not be blocked. Today I got another note from the mailman stating the box was blocked yesterday. Do all mailbox holders get these messages or is it because it sets on the property at the corner of my house? I cannot control my neighbors parking. Please help me I've been threatened to have my mail delivery stopped. I've lived here longer than any of my immediate neighbors and cannot stop anyone who is not in my family from blocking the mailbox.

I like to complaint about your employees was driving unit #9211013 and another unit #020299 was driving this morning on Golden state Blvd. Turlock approx. 1013 AM and seep racing and doing Zykzaks with company vehicles, I understand them job is delivery mail on time but I don't think they can be reason to someone injured in a car accident just because they like to completed them job ontime or leaves home early. They need to punishment or maybe usps need to look for better person. Thank you

My mail is not being delivered until after dark. Not a good idea. More than once I did not know I had mail until the next morning. Not safe for me or the mail carrier. Why are we having this problem?

I've been waiting for a package to be delivered from the UK for a month. I got a tag in the mail saying I needed to come and pick up my package from the post office. I got off work early to make it in time, and when I got there, they took my package out for delivery.. I asked them why they would leave me a tag and tell me to come in if they weren't going to have my package here. If my package isn't to me by Christmas, I will file ANOTHER complaint. Seems as though the staff has no idea what they're doing or what their protocols are.

Today I witnessed one of your mail carriers (truck number 0202099) standing outside her mail truck smoking a cigarette. I don't know what your protocol is but I find this to be very unprofessional and a hazard to those near by. I don't appreciate second hand smoke near my children.

Our area seems to be a training ground for carriers; mail is delivered to incorrect addresses consistently. I've gotten mail for addresses several blocks away. Had outgoing mail yesterday and carrier passed my house by so I had to chase him to give him my mail. Calling or going into the post office is a joke; the phone isn't answered and wait times are a nightmare.

Hello. I own a business in the turlock area and I wanted to take down my mailbox because the area I'm in isn't the most secure areas in turlock. While I was trying to take the box down my post carrier was walking up to drop off my mail and told me I couldn't take my box down. I just wanted to know if that was correct.

USPO carrier service IS COMPLETELY INEPT. I have lived in the same home 16 years and STILL they cannot find it to deliver a package AS PROMISED. Will be in tomorrow to file formal complaint.

Very rude. Never seem to be able to tell me anything that I don't already know. I've had numerous problems with my mail. Neighbors have receiebd my mail in their mailbox and vice versa. Thankfully I was lucky enough to get my mail returned. Every time I call customer service I get a busy Line. No help what so ever!

PO lost package, had a tracking manifesto PO Turlock had possession, Shane told me to shut my mouth and then attempted to physically intimidate with his size by drawing closer to me, refused to be helpful or do any legwork, then threatened to call police when I asked for his supervisor. Shane is a violent, vindictive person, and I fear for my safety and future mail security because of him.

Thanks for the correct number. I've called on off days and holidays and the published number is always busy, or off the hook. Someone tampered with our community mailbox 2 weeks ago and I can't get my mail (I work out of town). I've left a note on the box and called the 1-800 number, but I guess after speaking to someone at the number left (669-3025) I was told that I have to go into the office with a photo ID and get a work order done for repair. Meanwhile, my mail will be held hostage.

Couldn't contact this post office for the life of me. What kind of US Post Office doesn't have an operating phone that allows you to talk to someone? After having to drive all the way down there, I was treated with the worst customer service just to top it all off. They don't want to be reached over the phone just so you can come in in person and be treated poorly. I was inquiring about a packaged that had showed it was delivered to my house over a week prior and was basically told by the lady who helped me to f*** off and that there was nothing she could do because the package was showing on her end that it had been delivered even though it had not. She had the nerve to suggest that I was lying because in her words my package had "clearly been dropped off". I am a college student who really needs an expensive text book that I ordered and trusted to be delivered to my house. So so SO disappointed with this Post Office and their inability to own up to screwing up my order and further more leaving me to deal with it all on my own.

Really a Gestapo? Come on its not a conspiracy or communism. It's just them being overwhelmed and not being able to answer calls. Go down there already to talk to someone.

PS: And when you find that you cannot speak to anyone and the main automated number refers you to your local post office--the lines are continually busy so you are still unable to contact a live person! What has happened to the U.S. Postal Service? Is it lined up to collapse???????

The US Post office is almost like a gestapo. You cannot call to speak to anyone and are given three options to request delivery info, e.g., track a package; general mailing info, etc., all AUTOMATED. The system refuses to put you through to a customer service rep--absolutely refuses and will conclude the call if you don't select one of the three options. You cannot opt to choose to report damaged mail or mail delivered from a faith based organization that is ALWAYS TAMPERED WITH. What is going on with the U.S. Postal Service? Is it becoming a frightening Big Brother type gestapo?

This post office "really" needs a package night drop. In this day & age with more packages than ever being shipped it's confusing why they don't? The back mail boxes are geared for stamp mail. Also will fit some thick envelops but no boxes. A small flat rate box will not even fit. The office I've be been using in San Jose does have one & it's really convenient. What do we need to do to have one installed here?!
