A lot of my mail is been last I been paid late fees on my credit cards because my mail is getting last this mail person is sacks please do some thing

I live less than a mile from this office, so it's my office of choice. I occasionally sell online, so I post packages. I also have overseas friends I send letters and the occasional package to. The people in the SJC PO have been unfailingly pleasant and helpful even when I have made a mistake or don't have a clue what I ought to be doing. German addresses can be tough! Any customer service job is tough. The DMV and Post Office get a particularly hard rap. Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've always gotten good service from both. Maybe because I start off being nice to them. The honey and vinegar thing, right?

The horrible postal service is beyond horrid!!! I have made several efforts over the last 2 years calling phone numbers posted....not once has any one answered!!! I've tried both numbers... how incompetent can any be to this level...obnoxious!

I ordered 1st class postage stamps on 10/21/19 Check #6793 for $11.00. My check cleared, but I didn't receive the stamps. I've contacted every P.O. close to SJC w/no results/response. I sent my check & order in a P.O. envelope! Please send stamps. I'm unable to drive, thus the email. I'd really appreciate your attention to this. Thank you. N.S.

SJC post office facility is the MOST incompetent, UNprofessional address of ALL addresses!! REPEATEDLY, I have encuntered incompetent, UNresponsive employees at this unit!! Tpday, 2/5/18 is status quo for this installation!! My first call (949) was eventually disconnected due to no answer by this number. I called the ;800 # with recording there would be 1 hr+ wait! Nearly that time frame, I am STILL on hold with music I'd rather NOT hear!! NO answer! MY tracking number indicates deliver was to have been 2/1/18. Today's date is 2/6/18 and I have NO DELIVERY! There is a reason why your company is a loser - failing with fall off charts , & NO prediction for survival!! S. Larsen - SJC !!
