I had to renew my three children's passports that were originally issued when they were minors and were only good for five years. My youngest is now 17 and needed me there. My two boys are 19 and 22. I made an appt for 1:30 for my two youngest. The lady there was bordering on rude and made it clear to me that she was leaving at 2 PM whether we were done or not. My two sons were late getting there, so I pushed my 19 year old to come alone and once he got there I went and picked up my 22 year old where my other son had left him. When we returned to the desk, a new employee, Christine, was working. It was after 2 PM and the other lady apparently left. Christine finished up my 19 year old's paperwork and I asked if she could handle a third applicant, and she did. She was great! She restored my loss of faith in the USPS! You need more employees like Christine and less like the first lady. I wish I knew the first lady's name, but I was literally scared to ask because she was so mean. Customer service and treating people nicely goes a long way to improving an organizations performance, perception and profitability. Hire more people like Christine!

We have been having a problem off and on for several years now with the mail delivery carrier stuffing our mailbox with packages that are clearly too large and inappropriate for the standard mailbox. Today packages were ripped both being put in the box and more when being taken out. Could the carrier take the packages 30 more feet and drop them inside of our locked porch gate so they could not be reached, but would also not be ripped on mailbox hardware going in and out of the box? There are pictures if you want to see them.

We moved and filed a change of address form to have our mail forwarded they lazy minority employees Did not forward our mail our car registration is now late and they failed to forward our tax letter from the state board so now we are late with our payments to the state board. Very last location just filled with excuses. This use to be a distinguish job to have now just filled with minority workers putting the time in to collect the great benefits that comes with very sickening as our country is falling apart in front of our eyes, let's go Trump 2 terms..........
