The post office staff on this location’s are rude with nasty behavior. I think the post master needs attention regarding this matter. The staff supposed to provide good customer service it doesn’t matter whether you are working in the government organization. Their unprofessional behavior needs to be stop.

The female carrier today dropped her phone in the area behind the mailboxes when she opened up the boxes to Put in mail and took the whole Mailbox structure off the wall. It’s dangerous and someone from your office needs to put it up ASAP. Address: 953-4th st Santa Monica, calif 90403 20201212_134448.jpg

On two separate days,5 valentines were mailed from Post Office box location from the Bienveneda Box, north of Sunset, for a 2 pm pickup. Three Valentines were sent to Ohio on one day and two sent to Los Alamitos, California on another. NO valentines reached their destination. Each Valentine contained money for a child. I believe the carrier who picks up from that location stole the $, or someone in the PP facility. This is a disgrace to your facility.

I'm getting my passport and it has been so frustrating. Everyone I spoke with at various post offices has been rude or completely unhelpful! What is that?! But then... Ms. Holman came along and was SO wonderful! She advised me on the best day and time to come. I really appreciated her taking the time to talk to me and sort out what it was I needed.

We live on Monument Street. We have TERRIBLE mail service. Truly awful. Our mail lady consistently delivers mail to us that should go to other addresses. Mail arrives very late, sometimes after 7pm. Packages are left right at the curb where anyone could grab them. We are very upset.

Same problem as person below. They supposedly tried to deliver my package at 12:49 pm yesterday and nobody was here. Considering this is in office and it was full of people who always sign for packages for each other from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm yesterday, including myself, I find that to be completely impossible.

P. O. Palisades - every day I receive mail for other apartments, houses down the street, the apartment house next door - am not receiving all of my mail, days the box is empty, which is very rare. Mail for the building next door thrown on the ground, along with packages for whoever, neighbors bring pieces of my mail to me, left in their box. Either this person cannot read, is very lazy or stupid or all of the above, and is simply throwing mail away. No one answers the phone at the P. O. We have taken photos of the mess that is left on the ground and the stacks of mail meant for someone else and unless this is remedied, we will take action.

Worst post office ever.I've had to go to this USPS facility in person several times, and each time have been met with sullen, unhelpful, and borderline belligerent customer "service". Today, I was expecting several extremely time-sensitive and valuable packages to be delivered, and so had somebody waiting by our front door, literally, all day long.We live 2.5 miles away from this post office; the USPS tracking number indicated that our package was out for delivery this morning before 7:30 a.m., so we expected that it would be here in the morning. Unfortunately, at just after 7:00 p.m., the USPS online tracking information was updated to indicate that a delivery was attempted (and notice left) at 12:20 p.m.This is odd considering that (1) we were sitting *within five feet* of our front door all day long, (2) there was no notice left on our door, (3) each time I've been to this post office in person, there have been other local residents there complaining about precisely this sort of thing, and (4) we had a package delivered by UPS (not USPS) at almost precisely the same time, which we received since we were sitting at home (and from the same shipper, so we know that the address matched in both shipments). If this is your post office, I strongly suggest using an alternative if you need to ship or receive anything reliably.
