I'm very sorry to hear about the 73 year old North Highlands Postal Worker who was attacked by some A-holes Pit Bull. I'm 74 and I can't imagine trying to work in this Sacramento Summer heat. It's hard enough and now he or she gets mauled by a Pit Bull. I hope your colleague gets better. I also hope the owner of the Pit Bull must pay for the trauma their dog has caused. I also hope the Postal Service presses charges against the owner.

I live at 6417 Channing Drive, my mailbox is at my front door and drops into the house, at least 3 or 4 days a month my outgoing mail that I clip to my mailbox is not picked up, it can be seen clearly from the sidewalk, seems to me that if I have no incoming mail that the postal worker doesn't bother to look to see if I have any outgoing mail. Most of my mail going out is my bills, I would appreciate this being taken care of, Thank You

I HATE THIS POSTAL SERVICE!! This is the worst post office ever. My packages are constantly delivered to my neighbor down the street and vice verse among many other issues. Now they’ve said they delivered my $800 piece of medical equipment but guess what?? ITS NOT HERE!!! How hard is it to do your job and actually deliver the mail?? If I don’t hear from the post office regarding my package I will call the police and file a report that they stole my package.

WHY ARE COVID-19 PROTOCOLS NOT BEING ENFORCED AT THE POST OFFICE?? STOP ALLOWING NON MASKED PATRONs INTO THE POST OFFICE! Safe distancing is NOT being practiced blatantly and no one is saying anything! SET THE EXAMPLE!! You are a mainstay of the community !!

I've been getting my mail from my neighbors so I think the mailman is not looking just dropping off where ever. You need to address this now! 95660

When I arrived home after work yesterday (6:00pm) I found my mailbox door & handle were broken. By whom?? There was some junk mail inside, so I know the carrier had been there. My box sits on a post right at the edge where my driveway & sidewalk meets & was not lockable. So now a new, lockable box is in order. I tried to contact my local P.O. branch - North Highlands, CA 95660 @ 916-332-2546 this morning around 10:00am; the phone rang 20 times before I gave up. I just tried again - 1:50pm - let it ring 30 times & gave up again. Ugh!! I'm trying to find out if there are any rules or regs about placement of my new box. I'd prefer to wall-mount it near the porch of my home, but you have to go through a wrought iron gate-that is NEVER locked & I don't know if that's acceptable. I don't want to drill mounting holes in the stucco, then have to move it again if it is not. Could someone please contact me ASAP. The box is not secure the way it is now, so I plan to replace it this (New Year's) weekend. My cell # is 916-765-2047 - I anxiously await your reply.
