Postal Locations

First of all we just like to say I love the service and a small town feel of the New Castle Post office and my reason for actually calling is I don't want my package to get sent back. I don't have a car and I have trouble getting down there sometimes especially in this weather. Can you please please hold it for me until Monday and I will get it on Monday for sure. I have not recieved acceptable service here. I have been waiting on a package that has been in sacaramento now for 3 weeks worth a good amount(I am able to track it)... i understand due to covid things are behind but i have recieved other packages and my family members have been ordering things also that go through that same location. They are not helpful and only pull up the SAME tracking report that I am able too, and tell me to keep waitong or to come back. Ive been there 3 timea now and nothi g is changed. My address on their website doesnt register (newer house) and no emplyees know how to help or offer. I am beyond frustrated with rhis post office.not to mention our neighbors revieve our mail all the time, and i have not recieved legal documents (many times) that i was notified were sent out. Dont trust them
