The post master (Caroline) is stead fast unfriendly and inept. Twice in 1 month ive had to deal with her and both times i was met with a annoyed face and a short fused temper. She seems to be like this to all customers and considering how its been a year since another customer pointed this out its clear she has no intentions of changing her behavior. I would suggest a petition to have her replaced since it seems the only way to upgrade this situation

The post master (caroline) in the Morongo Valley post office is unfriendly and inept. She doesn't know how to handle international shipments at all. She should not be dealing with customers but work behind closed walls or just retire and make room for a young person. Everybody else in the post office is very nice and helpful.

Hands down thee Best Post Office in the history of histories! I’ve known a good number of USPS offices as I always get a post office box the first thing when moving around the south west and always have some reason or another for winding back up in the Hotel California, if you’re from here and the local areas and one of them is your hometown, you probably know exactly what that’s about. AnyWho, The Best, and Far Beyond service over my entire lifetime and counting. Thanks Morongo Valley Post Office!
