ALOHA! It's always a fun, wonderful experience at the LA VERNE POST OFFICE! The employees (Helen, Xheung Justin, Noreen, Sue, Nick, Lupe, Claudia and Loudes [plus guys in back and mail carriers]) go the extra mile, are knowledgeable, professional and engaging. The Manager, Christina, is hard-working, observant and keeps striving for excellence. This is a hard job; yet, they do it well with a smile on their faces. They solve your problem and take care of your every need. Patient, helpful and kind, I appreciate all they do for me as well as others. MAHALO (THANK YOU LA VERNE POST OFFICE)!

I wish amazon took over mail services because their delivery superb unlike the la vern that keeps delivering my packages to the wrong door steps. Funny how my junk mail never is misplaced but only attractive packages.

This morning my fiance and I were called by our apartment manager that a fellow resident mistakenly received our shutterfly package containing our save the dates. The postal carrier jammed it into the wrong residents mail slot and damaged all our save the dates. This is upsetting as beyond the cost of these sentimental items, this is also a keepsake for our families and now some are completely unusable. This is unacceptable and could have been easily fixed by physically dropping it off either to our door or in front of the leasing office.

I wish to file a formal complaint about your Staff at the La Verne, CA 91750 post office. I went in to retrieve my vacation mail this morning (12/21/20). I approached the window and handed the counter person my identification and said I wanted to pick up my vacation mail hold. The counter person muffled something in reply. I shrugged my shoulders and he repeated something again. I told him I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I’m 75 years old, there is a huge plastic partition between us and he’s wearing a mask. So I said louder, I can’t hear what you’re saying! So the counter person beside him said, “Go away and come back tomorrow”. I said to him I can’t understand what the guy is saying, I just want to pick up my vacation mail! I asked for a supervisor. He said He was the supervisor. I said I wanted to speak to the Post Master. The counter person supervisor refused to get the Post Master. He said he was going to call the police. I said, please do! I’ll wait here. Well he didn’t call the police. So after a few minutes I called the police. When they arrived I described the situation and they went in to talk to the counter person. He basically told the police officer the same thing but that I was disrupting the post office (?). It’s clear your counter people are stressed out. What with the pandemic and the Holiday rush. And their over the top response to my request. I asked the police officers to go inside and ask for the Post Master. The Supervisor counter person refused to get the Post Master. So I said to the officer if he wanted to solve the problem he would have the counterperson give me my mail and I’d be on my way. The officer asked the counter person supervisor but he refused. I asked the officer if he could get the Post Masters’ name. He was told Luis Ramirez. The conduct of your counter people is unacceptable. They should be sanctioned for their behavior and learn how to deal with the public.

Is there a different phone number to call? The one posted is not being picked up and it hangs up on the call after so many rings.

Absolutely terrible service. I had a priority express package with signature and ID required and it was delivered to the wrong address!! How is this even possible? Wrong person, wrong address. Someone needs to read these complaints and DO SOMETHING about it!!!

We live at 4341 Emerald Avenue; our carrier left a package at 4337. The neighbor who lives at that address saw the carrier try to put the package in our mailbox, but the package was too big. So rather than drive down our shared driveway to deliver the package, as our usual carrier does with regularity, this carrier decided to leave the package on the porch of an unrelated address. What the heck USPS La Verne?!? This happened Saturday, 4/20. Please address it with your carrier.

It is clear to me when my regular carrier is away, I DO NOT RECEIVE MY MAIL. I have asked repeatedly that substitutes be informed that there are houses with a YALE AVENUE address but the house/mail delivery is on the alleyway. This is clearly printed on the front house and the post office has agreed that delivery to 1017 Yale on a daily basis is to be expected. I know for a fact that I get a newspaper every FRIDAY and when that is not there, I know my mail is not being delivered. Will you please make it clear to substitues to NOT neglect the mail to 1017 Yale avenue in Claremont. Thank you.

La Verne post office mail clerks need not to be rude with customers that come in with questions and concerns I had a bad experience with a clerk name Frank today 03/02/17 he thinks he can raise his voice at me I had to tell him to calm down no customer service etiquette whether I'm right or wrong I shouldn't be talked too with curtesy not rudeness, terrible experience!!!!!!

Terrible service. My mail is being tampered with, I tried to see if I could move our mail box closer to our house and they won't allow it. I see many houses with individual mailboxes but they won't allow us to do that. They refuse to give me my mail, and I have to go to post office to pick it up. Someone needs to investigate the employees at La Verne postoffice very rude!!!!! They don't bother to help you with your concerns.

I'm very concerned. I get mail everyday, well at least I did. I have not received the store flyers the last 2 weeks and have not received any mail 4 days out of the last 2 weeks. I was expecting a check from the state, which they said they mailed 3 weeks ago. Is your mail person stealing? or just lazy?

I think they are stealing the mail. Twice I have had packages "delivered" to the wrong address. But when l ask what address they don't give mean answer. I do think they steal the packages.

My original holdmail ends on 8/19. On 8/15, I requested to change the end date to 8/18. THe accumulated mails are supposed to be delivered to me on 8/18. But I do not get any mail on 8/18. On 8/19 morning, when the mail truck passed my door, I still don't have my mail. I called La Verne post office. (It took me 30 minutes to get the phone through.) A lady checked and told me the mail carrier forgot to put the try to his truck. I told her I have been expected some important mail and I want to come over to pick up myself. So she moved it from back to front desk. When I did the pick up, the guy in front desk was so rude. He wanted me to take the whole bunch of mail (accumulated in 20 days) and he wanted the tray back. The mails are loose and difficult to handle, so he gave me a piece of rubber band wanting me to bundle right away. The service attitude is totally hostile and that completely changed my respect to post workers.
