I left mail in my mail box to go. Living in Lakeside Village we are told not to put our flag up when you have mail to go. Due to people steeling our mail. I did so but today they drove on bye. I ran then down, the carrier (not regular) said it's the carrier that decides if they stop or not. She did not stop all the time playing with her hair.

The grounds at the Folsom P.O. are a disgrace to our beautiful community and an affront to any patriotic or ecologically concerned citizen. Dead plants/grass/weeds, trash/debris, filthy mail boxes. Really--- show some PRIDE!

Gang box left unlocked, tried to contact Folsom post office to send someone out to re-lock box but received no response. I closed doors to make it appear box was locked. Mail was left accessible by anyone for entire weekend. This has happened before.

I just moved here and live on Persifer St. In just one month my mail person failed to pick up my mail on 3 different occasions. One of the times my mail sat out for 2 days before it was finally picked up on the 3rd day. Today is the 30th, the day I mail my rent check and once again my mail was overlooked. (I always put my mail out the night before). Unfortunately with the 4th of July being on a Monday, I can't be sure that my landlord will get his rent by the 5th. Now I have to take it to the post office myself. Very inconvenient!

Our mailbox is hanging on by a thread. You cannot open or close it without it swaying very badly. Today, there is a breeze. The mailbox is dancing in the breeze. I went to the post office and reported this several days ago. I told the man, who claimed to be a supervisor, that if the mailbox gets touched too hard or a child hits it, it would fall over. I also reported to him that the mailman took pictures of it so that he could turn that in, too. The supervisor told me that he would get someone right on it, but it might take awhile. I told him that if someone got hurt by the mailbox falling on them, the post office would be responsible. He said he would make sure there was caution tape put on it. What good is that going to do? What else do I have to do to alert the post office of a problem with their mailboxes? It seems as though they want to get sued.

I live in an apartment complex and the post man/woman (i'm not sure, i work during the day) put the wrong parcel box keys in our mail boxes. when I went to open the parcel box to receive my package i found a package for my neighbor. I delivered it to her door. I didn't want it to sit when what was now an open parcel mailbox. I still don't have my package. Tracking says it was delivered. Unfortunately, i'm not sure all my neighbors are going to be that nice and considerate. I tried calling the store and got a busy signal.

OK...I finally got through to our local Folsom office. It looks like we have a serial mailbox thief in the Sacramento area. They are working around the clock to replace all the boxes that have been vandalized throughout Sacramento. They said it can take up to 1 1/2 weeks. They are holding everyone's mail. So it looks like we have to stand in line with the holiday rush now to get our mail. It would have been nice if they notified everyone.

Looks like several of our mailboxes have been vandalized in the Broadstone area. We have not received mail since last Wednesday and we have not been notified as to where our mail may be or if it was stolen. I am trying to call our local Folsom office but cannot get through. I am now on hold for their 800 number. Will update when I get any more information.

I live in the Prairie City area....Fisher Circle...our mailbox was broken in to last night....we thought it was just the outgoing box...but I just saw that I had a package delivered on Friday, and I had not picked up my mail on Friday or Saturday....and as of this morning, we have NO MAIL. So, our mail was STOLEN!!! What do we do? We are up a creek? Packages we were expecting....just gone?

I think my postman is ripping off my mail. We receive NO MAIL for seven to 10 days, not even junk mail or electorate flyers, so I think I am being selected out by this errant postal employee because of my political affiliation, just like the God damned IRS did. I complain about it and the supervisor talked to this employee and voila (!), mail appeared right after I complained. Problem is, he or she ripped off my mail so our mortgage payment is going to be late for the first time in over 25 years, and there are three other bills pending, the amounts for which we have no idea because this f'ing postal employee failed to put mail in my box for 10 days. I also receive medications from the VA on a regular basis I want this employee to get probation or Del Paso Heights. The USPS is no place for political assassination or theft. Just WTF is the USPS going to do about this?? It has never happened before. So I want MY MAIL FROM 10 DAYS AGO to SATURDAY. WTF did they put my mail??
