This office was of no help. I get emails telling me what mail and packages I will be receiving the day of and on a certain day I was to receive two packages and only received one and I called them the next day to find out what happened and all they could tell me was they delivered one and I asked about the other and all tracking info was now irrelevant being it was delivered . I asked her to check by address and she said they don’t do things that way.? So how do you know how many prices of items are going to my house if you cannot look up what you dropped off ?? This is weird and I am very disappointed with the so called “help” no stars if applicable. I know they are just doing their job but to not go any further into this serious matter is ridiculous.
