NO one answers the local phone. Package tracking states that a delivery was attempted although there is a mail and package group of boxes for our neighborhood. All of a sudden a small package can't be delivered and I must go to the post office to collect it myself. I doubt an attempt was even made. Postal employees should be reading these reviews. They won't answer the phone and no other way to contact them without driving down there to speak to someone. Anyone in charge down there?

Why doesn’t anyone answer the phone listed 530)346-0025. I recd a yellow notice stating a pkg is ready for pickup. I am unavailable to come in during your biz hours. Please put pkg into one of the boxes requiring a key. Thank you. Charlene Box 545 916)995-6209

Substitute Postal delivery truck drivers are speeding in our neighborhood! We routinely have children playing, walking dogs, riding bikes on our sidewalk less streets and posted requests for drivers to slow down, but routinely I see the fastest drivers are postal truck drivers. This morning alone I saw 2 drivers speeding at excessive rates. No excuse for lack of respect for the safety of our children or pedestrians in general.

I have been calling the phone number 530-346-0025 several times per day for the last few days, and no one answers. A recording thanks you for calling the US Post Office and that you will be connected to an agent. Then a few seconds later, it says that you are being transferred to the operator. Then it rings until the phone company terminates the call a few minutes later.

Same problem with last comment. I was here, always here! No person came by at all. Your tax dollars at work or not?

I have NEVER had any problems with package delivery until recently. I assume we have a new delivery person. My packages have always been placed on my front porch until recently. I received a re-delivery notice in my postal box (neighborhood delivery group boxes) saying I was not available to receive a package????? The package would not have fit in my box. There was no information on the slip except the date. Why did the postal person not leave the package on my front porch??? I would say because he is LAZY. I want my last postal delivery person back. What is going on with the US Postal Service????

I don’t know what happened but they have left the complete back of our road box completely open. It was locked but it was wide open on ballot delivery day. I was able too force it closed!
