I recently moved into the area and I am very dissatisfied with the postal service here in Clovis. I have had mail sitting out to be collected since Saturday December 4, 2023. For the past two days I have watched on camera the postman walk across my yard, look at the mail box and just keep walking. They raises their prices but the service has gotten worse. I have tried call the office in Minnewawa only for the phone to ring for 10 minutes and no one answers!!!

I have called the Clovis location 7 times now on my 8th try and no one has picked up. It’s currently 1:24 pm on Friday the 1st of July and I’m calling to get information on changing my locks. No one will pick up. I called the 1800 number and they told me to call my local office. How many times do I have to call for you guys to pick up?

I went to Clovis post office on Friday the 17. I used the drop boxes outside. While placing my mail in the middle box I hit my middle finger on the slot top. By that evening my finger was bright red and swollen. The next two days it got worse and very painful. I had a doctor appointment and had doctor look at it. She felt I needed to be put on a strong antibiotic. I think it might be a very good idea that these boxes be cleaned and sterilized. It is very obvious there is a lot of bacteria on the opening. With the virus going around it could quite possibly spread it to anyone that may cut their finger as well . Mine is just a infected finger that antibiotics can help who knows what else these uncleared boxes can carry.

The outside facility appearance of the Clovis California Post Office at Minnewawa and Bullard Aves. is disgraceful. Weeds, weeds, weeds, faded out signage etc.. Who can I contact about providing FREE maintenance to this facility as an element of civic pride? I am a long time Clovis resident and will soon be retired and will have plenty of time to maintain such. Whoever, if anybody, is responsible to the maintenance currently, is doing a VERY poor job. A neighbor notified several people on our block that the community box was broken into this week! Why do we hear this from a neighbor? This is not the first time

I have informed delivery that I check EVERY morning. Starting last Thursday, July 9th, in the ‘packages arriving today’ section, there were a few items listed. Same for Saturday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. I have received NONE of these packages - there are now 10 packages waiting SOMEWHERE to be delivered to me, including a package with refill medication that was supposed to arrive on Monday and is needed! Tried calling the P.O. but it just rings and rings and then drops the call. WHERE ARE MY PACKAGES? All other mail is received....

Ask Louis DeJoy and Donald Trump, and for good measure ask Devin Nunes. They don't give a rat's behind about your mail.

I am inquiring on why it took 2 weeks to return a letter that i mailed out because of no zip code. I live 1 mile away, and it took 2 weeks to be returned. It was a time sensitive letter and now i have missed my due date. I want to know why it took so long! I want to know who is the person that held on to my letter because its the only way for this to happen.

There have been many problems with mail delivery from your branch. Yesterday all of the mail was one box off. I have my name inside my box. The delivery person does not understand. I believe my neighbor has my mail. He is not all ways home for days. Please get your postal delivery together. Many things have happened in the past.

Your website states that the Clovis post office is closed on Saturdays. That is not true. There are limited services available.

FYI, the postal service is the only Federal agency that is funded solely by revenue from sales and services. Not one penny of taxes has ever been used to find USPS. So, find a better way to complain because your ignorance makes your complaint invalid. I'm sure you're also the type to complain about the price of a stamp. Now understand that the cost of your stamp is the only revenue to run the entire business. You could be like Denmark where a postage stamp is $4.

Who ever was driving Postal Truck 9201239 on 1-12-15 in the Holland, Joshua, Holly area was never off her phone for 45 minutes while delivering mail and while driving. First it is illegal to drive with a cell phone talking pinned between your ear and shoulder. Second for what we pay, I would appreciate that they actually pay attention to their work.
