This is the friendliest, most efficient post office I've ever been to. I live in Rancho Mirage, but I come here to Cathedral City because the service is much faster and the people are much more friendly. Great job!

I cannot get anyone to answer your phone. I was to have an important piece of mail delivered on 9/6 based on the daily email I receive with my mail to be delivered. I got every other piece of mail, except the one I really needed from Ameriprise. I am at 35344 Vista Montana Ct. I also did not get any of the mail from yesterday 9/9 that was to be delivered based on my email from USPS. Please contact me and advise about the missing mail. I also left a note for the postperson. My mail is in a box for the community. Not sure if he put my mail in someone else's box. PLEASE ADVISE thank youCecilia 818-481-5454 if you can contact by phone.

Once again I get the notification that my Amazon package “has been left in residents mailbox” and once again there’s no package. I understand an occasional mistake but this is becoming an almost routine event. We have centralized mailboxes here at Heritage Park and not even once has another tenant found or returned my missing package...and Amazon is questioning my requests for replacements. So far this has happened 7 times in the past year....everything from small packages (as today) and even my monthly coffee order. What can or will be done about this?

The relief driver for the Cove (Mary's Route) puts the mail in a postmaster approved locked box so the mail is sticking out of the box. There is no reason that that person cannot put the mail in so it is not available for theft. Turn the letters sideways so the envelopes and magazines do not stick out of the box. This has been going on for a couple of weeks now when Mary is not on the route. Ken 68195 Desert View Road, Cathedral City, CA 92234
