I have been getting my medication mailed to me for many years. Now, the tracking says I have gotten packages, but I have not gotten any packages. Everytime I call post office, I get busy signal. I will have to stop using post office. They are incompetent, and their lack of standard of care has caused me to go without three life saving medications that were lost, and I have to re-purchase for hundreds of dollars. He Aguanga Post office is falling apart

I've lived in Aguanga (92536) for over a year now. I order a lot of DVD's from EBAY. They automatically put my PO Box # on each one that never differs. About every three months, the tracking# says it's delivered to my PO Box but it's not there. I give them a few days to look around to office (It's a small post office) but they insist I received it. I never received it. I tell them they probably put it in the wrong box and that person just keeps it. This is the fourth time it's happened. The other times I just let it go because I'm a nice guy but this time and from now on I am going to file a claim against this office. I just have to figure out how to do that. Everyone I know who lives in this area is always complaining about this Post Office. They should be investigated.

I have lived in Aguanga for 8 months now. Three out of every ten packages does not make it to my house. the tracking will say delivered to the Aguanga post office, it will sit there for three to four days and then be marked as lost. My family and friends have stopped mailing me anything through the post office because chances are it wont make it. I'm frustrated and confused how a package can make it cross country, through many peoples hands; but once it gets to Aguanga post office (three miles from my house) it suddenly dissapears? The staff is less then helpful. once they delivered my perscription contacts to a different adress (not even on the same road) and then told me to drive to that address and check in their mailbox! thats a federal offense. I have spoken with the carrier, the clerks inside, as well as the post master. No one will help resolve this issue. No one claims resposibility for all of my lost, stollen or improperly delivered mail/packages. what am i to do? please help!
