I’ve been in the SiloamSprings post office twice this week & have noticed Mike not wearing a mask. The first time I mentioned it to him & he put it over his mouth but not his nose. I was in again today & he still wasn’t wearing his mask but just had it on his chin. SiloamSprings has a mask mandate & it should be observed, especially by government employees while on the job

I asked my friend to send me some important medication that I left in Washington, D.C. and to send it to me via Priority Mail Express 2-Day. It was supposed to be delivered in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, by 3PM today, November 25. The tracking number was EE343177269US. It was NOT delivered by 3PM, but it was (either intentionally or accidentally) marked as delivered at 2:39 PM. I also could not track the package because, according to the USPS Web site, "a label was printed but not entered into the system." I had to call the Siloam Springs Post Office and even though they said they were able to contact the carrier they could not tell me when it would be delivered. The medication was delivered shortly before 4PM, but now I cannot obtain a refund for the Priority Mail Express 2-Day service because, as I said, the package was marked as delivered at 2:39PM. Consequently, I cannot obtain a refund because, according to the Post Office system, it was delivered "on time" when in reality it was not. I believe this constitutes mail fraud on the part of USPS itself. I have contacted the USPS OIG.

I'm curious what the rules are on having my mailbox moved and installed next to my front door? When I left this morning for work, my mailbox was shut, when i come home my mail was in the box, but the door was broke on the ground. It wouldnt borther me as much, however seems like the postal worker nevers shuts my box to begin with. Numourous times has my mail got wet in rainy conditions. Please let me know how we could resolve the issue.
