I had ordered 60 dollars worth of cigars for my husband. Get a message saying it’s in the parcel locker. Check the mail not key for said parcel locker. I got to the post off in Farmington and say I did not receive a key. They take my address down and that’s it. Says they’ll call the driver. Next day still no key. I’m not even positive they even called the driver.

The Farmington Post Office forwarded my time sensitive mail to an address from someone who used to live in the house I currently live in. Even though this person STILL gets mail delivered to my house. I am HIGHLY disappointed and have to wait yet another week to get my order in. Thank goodness I still have contact with this person, who is shipping the materials back, or it probably would have just been thrown away. However, I don't think she should have to pay to ship my mail back to me.

Absolutely horrible. This is the 2nd time in a month that my mail has not been picked up. I moved from Bentonville where ny mail was always forgotten... I was so excited to move out of that city only to find out that it is the same here. Why are my tax dollars paying for someone to fail to do their job?!
